Battery and Cover Assembly
Model No: TH3901013

Press the lever, open the cover and insert the battery top first as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

Hold the product horizontally and insert the cover in the bottom first as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.

Put two thumbs in the top comers of the cover as shown in Fig. 5.
IMPORTANT: Apply pressure on the right top comer before the left comer.
The cover will snap in and now be sealed.
- Push up wards the lever if need to make sure the lever is snapped back into place to secure the cover as shown in Fig. 6.

CHARGING EARMUFF
Before use, charge the earmuff using the included micro USB charging cable ,connecting the earmuff to (A) a USB power adapter connected to a power outlet or (B) your computer (powered on) for approximately 2-5 hours. Turn the Volume /of-off Dial clockwise to power, the LCD display will show charging sign while charging .USB wall power adapter and computer for charging not included.
GETTING STARTED
- Turn the Volume /On-Off Dial clockwise to power on the earmuff.
- Adjust the volume as needed on the earmuff using this dial.
- Press the Mode Button to switch between FM Radio & Bluetooth® modes & MP3 mode.
- Long press the Select Down /Up Button to turn down /up the volume .
- Turn the Volume /On-Off Dial counter-clockwise until it clicks to power-off the earmuff.
BLUETOOTH® MODE
- Open Bluetooth® on your mobile phone .
- Power on the earmuff and select Bluetooth® mode.
- In your Bluetooth® device’s settings, selected “EZ-lB” and connect.
- Once paired ,the LCD display will confirm successful connection.
- Press the Phone button to play/pause the music.
- Press the Select Down/Select Up Buttons to skip forward /backwards between songs.
RECEIVING PHONE CALLS
While the Bluetooth earmuff is paired with your smartphone ,answer an incoming call by pressing the Phone Button .
To end the call ,press again the Phone Buttor
FM RADIO MODE
- Power on the earmuff and select Radio Mode using the MODE button.
- Then press the Phone Button to auto-scan for a FM radio station, the detected radio station will be saved to the device.
- Press Select Up/Down Button to switch between saved radio station to enjoy next time without searching.
Note: Earmuff Radio will hold the last used radio station to enjoy next time without searching. The built-in SD card is included in the Bluetooth earmuff only for storage
MP3 MODE:
- Power on the earmuff.
- To use the Audio Jack input. plug a 3.5mm cable into the Audio Jack port on earmuff.
- Adjust the volume using the Volume /On-Off knob.
- Press the Phone button to play/pause the music.
- Press the select Down/Select up Buttons to skip forwards/backwards between songs.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Improper fitting of this hearing protection device will reduce its effectiveness .Fit your earmuff correctly before any exposure to noise and replace if the earmuff is damaged.
- Place the earmuff on the head with the band at the crown(top) of the head.
- Pull the cups apart and place the earmuff over your ears so that the ear cushions fit snugly to form a seal.
- It is important that the cups fully enclose the ears and that the cushions exert equal pressure around the ears.
- Adjust the height of both cups for comfort while holding the headband in place.
IMPORTANT:
For a proper fit ,ear cushions should seal firmly against the head .Anything
that interferes with the seal such as long hair ,thick eyeglasses, pens or
caps will lessen the earmuffs effectiveness.
Do not bend or reshape the headband ,as this will impact the fit and effect the noise reduction performance.
Do not store the hearing protection device at temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius.
CARE AND CLEANING
Sponge clean with warm ,soapy water on the ear cushions only .Do not use solvents. Ensure the ear cushion is completely dry before use. Earmuffs must be regularly inspected for cracks or worn parts and replaced as needed. The earmuffs must not be immersed in water!
NOISE ATTENUATION (REDUCTION):
- Noise exposure over 80 decibels (dB) may cause permanent hearing loss, ensure the hearing protection device selected meets the needed noise attenuation of your environment.
- For Example: An environmental noise level of 90 dB measured at the ear , with SNR 29 dB protection device worn the level of noise entering the ear is approximately 61 dB.
The sound attenuation values for the hearing protection device as measured in accordance with EN 24869-1. Please refer to the table below for the further information .

- Do not turn up the volume so high that you cannot hear your surroundings.
- Use caution or suspend use in potentially dangerous situations.
- Excessive sow1d pressure from headphones can lead to hearing loss.
- Wearing headphones in both ears while driving is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas.
- For your safety, avoid distracting yourself with music or calls while driving or in other potentially hazardous situations.
WARNING
- Do not expose the headset to excessive heat.
- Do not drop the headset.
- Do not expose the headset to water leakage or splashing.
- Do not immerse the headset in water.
- Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene or abrasives on the headset.
- If you need to use a soft cloth to clean the product, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water or diluted neutral soapy water.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures, sucl1 as direct sunlight, open flames or similar environments.
- Do not use the headset while driving a motor vehicle, riding a bicycle, running or walking in a traffic area. Doing so is dangerous and illegal in many places.

FAQs
Q :Cannot turn on the Bluetooth headset.
A: The battery is low. Charge the headset.
Q:I can’t pair my Bluetooth headset with my cell phone.
A: Bluetooth has been disabled. Before turning on the headset, please turn on your phone and enable the Bluetooth function on your phone.
Q: The sound quality is so bad that you can hear popping sound.
A: Out of connection range. Reduce the distance between the headset and the signaling device, or remove any obstacles between them.
Q: What should I do if the FM signal is poor?
A: The signal is not good in the scene you are using, change the scene and try again.
Q: Battery life and how much time it takes to fully charge
A: Use time is more than 12H, 800 mAh battery, full charge needs 3-4H
Q: FM radio function can not be switched.
A: FM function adopts automatic station search mode, press FM button after power on, then follow plus or minus to change channels
