READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY
SAFETY
THIS FIXTURE MUST BE WIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES AND ORDINANCES. PROPER GROUNDING IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE PERSONAL SAFETY. CAREFULLY OBSERVE THE GROUNDING PROCEDURE UNDER THE INSTALLATION SECTION. ALL WORK SHOULD BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.
- RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – DISCONNECT POWER AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING.
- RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY – FIXTURE MAY BECOME DAMAGED AND UNSTABLE IF NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. TIGHTEN ALL FIXTURE COMPONENTS TO THEIR RECOMMENDED TORQUE VALUES.
WARNING
- TURN OFF ELECTRICAL POWER AT THE FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE WIRING THE FIXTURE TO THE POWER SUPPLY.
- TURN OFF THE POWER WHEN YOU PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE.
- PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS CORRECT BY COMPARING IT WITH THE LUMINAIRE LABEL INFORMATION.
- ALL WIRING CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE CAPPED WITH UL-APPROVED WIRE CONNECTORS.
CAUTION
- AVOID DIRECT EYE EXPOSURE TO THE LIGHT SOURCE WHILE IT IS ON.
- ACCOUNT FOR SMALL PARTS AND DESTROY PACKING MATERIAL, AS THESE MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO CHILDREN.
- RISK OF BURN. DISCONNECT POWER AND ALLOW THE FIXTURE TO COOL BEFORE CHANGING THE BULB OR HANDLING THE FIXTURE.
INSTALLATION
(ALWAYS TURN OFF THE POWER SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER FIRST!)
HOOK MOUNT
- Screw the hook into the fixture, lighten and fix it (Figure 1).
- Hang the fixture on the ceiling hook or chain (Figure 2).
- After installation, connect the wire of the fixture to the mains according to local wiring rules, ensure the connection is stable and make good protection on the connection.
CEILING MOUNT
- Mark with a marker pen or sharp tool on the mounting surface and drill (Figure 3).
- Fix screws into the holes with a hammer (Figure 4).
- Align the bracket hole with the screw hole (Figure 5), push the fixture to one side (Figure 6) and fix it.
- After installation, connect the wire of the fixture to the mains according to local wiring rules, ensure the connection is stable and make good protection on the connection. By adjusting the bracket’s screws, users can adjust 50 ° to the left or right vertically (Figure 7).
1/2” NPT MOUNT
- Unscrew the nuts on 1/2” NTP (Figure 8).
- Insert 1 /2” NTP stem into the bracket hole (Figure 9).
- Re-screw the nuts (Figure 10).
- After installation, connect the wire of the fixture to the mains according to local wiring rules, ensure the connection is stable and make good protection on the connection. By adjusting the bracket’s screws, users can adjust 50° to the left or right vertically (Figure 11).
INSTALLATION OF DC MOTION SENSOR:
It could be easily installed without using any tools. Choose whether to
install the motion sensor or not as per your demand (Figure 12); if not,
unscrew the motion sensor and replace it with a protection cover, and vice
versa.
Note:
The motion sensor has no dialing code, and a remote control is needed for
adjustment. Please refer to the instruction for remote control adjustment.
WIRING DIAGRAM
This led high bay light can be equipped with an optional DC motion sensor, and is available with a 1-10V dimming function, with the following 3 dimming solutions:
- 1-10V dimming,
- Intelligent dimming with DC motion sensor,
- Pre-install tool-free handling DC motion sensor dimming module, and choose the dimming function freely.
- According to different product models, there are two different cases that DC12V wire and DIM wire may have three or four cores.
NOTE:
When installing the included hook, make sure that the upper plane of the hook
thread is perpendicular to the screw. If the screw is locked to the thread of
the hook, there will be a risk of damaging the thread and then affecting the
assembly or disassembly process.
