Product Usage Instructions

V-Hook Mount

  1. Secure V Hooks through END CAP Hole using the provided V Hooks(2).
  2. Determine fixture mounting height and spacing based on application requirements.
  3. Remove the Access Plate, feed the supply wire through, and make electrical connections as per the wiring diagram.
  4. Reinstall Access Plate and secure with the supplied Screw(1).

Pendant Mount

  1. Choose the desired length of 1/2 NPS Pendant Stem (supplied separately).
  2. Mount the Pendant Junction Box on the fixture using the supplied bolt (4).
  3. Feed wires through Pendant Stem into Pendant Junction Box and complete wiring as per code requirements.
  4. Install Side Panels (2) with the supplied Screws (2).

CCT/Wattage Selector
Switch the desired CCT setting before installation. Factory settings are provided for different variants.

0-10V Dimmable Wiring

  1. Connect the fixture leads and supply leads as directed in the wiring diagram.
  2. Ensure correct connections for dimming functionality.

Motion Sensor Installation

  • If purchased separately, follow the instructions to install the
  • Motion Sensor using the provided kit.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Ensure the fixture is cool before cleaning. Do not clean while energized.
  2. Clean the lens with warm water and mild detergent after removing it from the fixture. Do not use chemicals.
  3. Avoid opening the fixture or touching the LED during cleaning.

  • COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION, SERVICE, AND MAINTENANCE OF LUMINAIRES SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

  • TO PREVENT WIRING DAMAGE OR ABRASION, DO NOT EXPOSE WIRING TO THE EDGES OF SHEET METAL OR OTHER SHARP OBJECTS.
  • DO NOT MAKE OR ALTER ANY OPEN HOLES IN AN ENCLOSURE OF WIRING OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS DURING KIT INSTALLATION.
  • TURN OFF ELECTRICAL POWER AT THE FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE WIRING THE FIXTURE TO THE POWER SUPPLY.
  • TURN OFF THE POWER WHEN YOU PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE.
  • VERIFY THAT SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS CORRECT BY COMPARING IT WITH THE LUMINAIRE LABEL INFORMATION.
  • ALL WIRING CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE CAPPED WITH UL-APPROVED WIRE CONNECTORS.

CAUTION

  • AVOID DIRECT EYE EXPOSURE TO THE LIGHT SOURCE WHILE IT IS ON.
  • ACCOUNT FOR SMALL PARTS AND DESTROY PACKING MATERIAL, AS THESE MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO CHILDREN.
  • RISK OF BURN. DISCONNECT POWER AND ALLOW THE FIXTURE TO COOL BEFORE CHANGING THE BULB OR HANDLING THE FIXTURE.

INSTALLATION

(ALWAYS TURN OFF THE POWER SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER FIRST!)

V-HOOK MOUNT

  1. V Hooks (2) are provided for mounting. Secure V Hooks through END CAP Hole as shown (Fig. 1).
  2. Fixture mounting height and spacing should be determined by application requirements.
  3. Remove the Access Plate feed the supply wire with a strain relief conduit connector through the Access Plate and make electrical connections as shown in the wiring diagram. Use appropriate UL-approved wire connectors as required by code to complete wiring with supply wires. Push all wires back into the housing. Be careful not to pinch wires.
  4. Reinstall Access Plate and secure with supplied Screw (1).

PENDANT MOUNT

  1. Choose a length of 1/2” NPS Pendant Stem (supplied by others).

  2. Install the Pendant Junction Box (ordered separately) to the fixture by mounting the Pendant Junction Box on the fixture and securing it with the supplied Bolt (4) as shown (Fig. 2).

  3. Feed wires through the Pendant Stem and into the Pendant Junction Box. Use appropriate UL-approved wire connectors as required by code to complete wiring with supply wires in the Pendant Junction Box. Push all wires back into the Pendant Junction Box, install Side Panels
    (2) with supplied Screws (2). Be careful not to pinch wires.

  4. If ordered with a sensor (suffix /MS or IR) or similar sensor, see the sensor instructions enclosed.

Clean all residues/fingerprints from the new LED high bay and lens. Double- check all hanging hardware before moving on to the next installation.

CCT/WATTAGE SELECTOR
Simply switch the desired CCT before installation.

Factory Settings:

  • PT-LHTL-LW-3CP (170W / 4500K)
  • PT-LHTL-MW-3CP (255W / 4500K)
  • PT-LHTL-HW-3CP (400W / 4500K)

0-10V DIMMABLE WIRING
Universal voltage driver permits operation at 120V thru 277V, 50 or 60 Hz. For 0-10V Dimming, follow the wiring directions in Fig. 5.

  1. Connect the black fixture lead to the LINE supply lead.
  2. Connect the white fixture lead to the COMMON supply lead.
  3. Connect the GROUND wire from the fixture to the supply ground.
  4. Connect the purple fixture lead to the (V+) DIM lead.
  5. Connect the pink fixture lead to the (V-) DIM lead.

NOTE: Do not connect DIM V+ (purple)/ DIM V- (pink) to line voltage or supply ground.

MOTION SENSOR INSTALLATION (SOLD SEPARATELY)

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Be sure the fixture temperature is cool enough to touch. Do not clean or maintain while the fixture is energized.

  1. The lens can be washed only after removing from the fixture and only in a solution of warm water and any mild, nonabrasive household detergent, rinsed with clean water, and wiped dry. Do not use chemicals to clean the Lens or fixture.
  2. Do not open the fixture to clean the LED. Do not touch the LED.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. Check that the line voltage at the fixture is correct. Refer to wiring directions.
  2. Be sure the fixture is grounded properly.

Clean all residues/fingerprints from the new LED high bay and lens. Double- check all hanging hardware before moving on to the next installation.
