Product Usage Instructions

1. Product Composition
   This Truck Scale consists of a weighing platform, a lower frame, and a slope.

2. Composition of weighing platform
   The weighing platform is composed of a weighing platform, cover plate, cross beam, and guardrail.

3. Composition of bottom frame
   The bottom frame consists of an end underframe, middle underframe, pull rod, and slope.

4. Bottom frame installation:
   First, position the end underframe, then install the pull rod, and subsequently assemble the middle underframe as per the instructions

5. Scale platform assembly:
   i. Position the crossbeam onto the respective underframe with appropriate padding. ii. Elevate the scale platform from one end and fasten it using M24 * 90 bolts. iii. Assemble accordingly. iv. Once all M24 bolts are threaded, securely tighten them using a torque wrench.

INSTALLATION

1. Product Composition:
   This Truck Scale consists of a weighing platform, a lower frame, and a slope, as depicted in the figure below.

2. Composition of weighing platform:
   It is composed of a weighing platform, cover plate,
   cross beam and guardrail, as depicted in the figure below.

3. Composition of bottom frame:
   The bottom frame consists of end underframe, middle underframe and pull rod.

4. The bottom frame consists of end underframe, middle underframe, pull rod and slope. (as depicted in the figure below)

5. Bottom frame installation:
