Packing List
Exterior Assembly Panel View
Function
① Lock: Press 8 button for 2 seconds to lock.
② Unlock: Enter a valid password and press 8 button to unlock.
③ Setting Mode: Press 8 and 8 button at the same time to enter setting mode.
Interior Assembly Panel View
Function
① Reset: Press the RESET button for more than 3 seconds to reset.
② Indoor Lock: Press the Indoor Lock button for 2 seconds to lock from inside.
Installation
Log in to ORVIBO Home APP to check the installation video.

Make sure that the following criteria are met so that the Smart Lock can be installed properly:
① Check the status of the door and make sure the doorframe is aligned with the door.
② There are no obstructions stuck in the doorframe.
③ Leave enough space for the deadbolt to extend into the doorframe when the door is locked. -
Draw a horizontal line 39 ¾” [1000 mm] from the ground as the center line of the door front and then fold the drilling template so that its center line is aligned with the horizontal center line. Draw the lock hole center and the deadbolt hole center to confirm the position of the holes.

Drilling holes
① The lock hole diameter is 2″ [50mm].
② The deadbolt hole diameter is 1 11 [25mm] , depth is 4 11 [ 1 00mm].
The deadbolt slot size is 2.311 [58mm] x 1.0411 [26.5mm] x 0.1611 [4mm] (d).
③ The size of the installation slot for the strike plate is 1.03″ [26mm] x2.25″ [57mm] x0.1″ [2.5mm] (d).
The size of the installation slot for the strike box is 0.87″ [22mm] x 1 .18″ [30mm] x 1 .18″ [30mm] (d).

Adjust Direction
① Confirm the door opening direction according to the picture below.
② Left Bolt: Set the motor steering and indoor knob to L
Right Bolt: Set the motor steering and indoor knob to R
a. Turn the indoor knob to make the arrow point to L or R. (Refer A)
b. Turn the motor steering to L or R on the Printed Circuit Board. (Refer B)
③ Turn the thumb knob to Left/Right direction
Installing The Smart Lock
Step 1 : Install the deadbolt.
① Measure whether your door’s backset is 2.36″ [60mm] or 2. 76″ [70mm].
② Adjust the length of the deadbolt. Rotate it 180° to adjustable to 2.3611
[60mm] or 2.7611 [70mm] (felt for distance of 2.3611 [60mm] or 2.7611 [70mm]
between lock hole and door side).
③ Insert the deadbolt into the door frame and make sure the word “TOP” faces
up as indicated on the deadbolt. Screw into the door frame with a screwdriver
(not provided).
Step 2: Install the strike plate.
If you have an existing plate installed, skip this step.
① Align the strike plate with the deadbolt hole center.
② Insert the strike box and the strike plate into the Installation slot.
③ Secure the strike plate with 2 pcs M4x20 screws, making sure the plate is
placed in the correct direction.
Step 3: Install the Exterior Assembly Panel.
Install the exterior assembly panel outside of the door:
① Pass the connecting wire through under the deadbolt.
② Turn the key drive lever to align with horizontal line.
③ Insert the key drive lever into the drive hole of the deadbolt.
④ Install the Exterior Assembly Panel
Step 4: Install the Interior Assembly Panel
① Route the cable through the interior assembly mounting plate. Secure the
mounting plate to the interior doorframe with 2 pcs M4x30 screws.
② Remove the battery cover with a screwdriver (not provided).
③ Connect the interior and exterior assembly panel cables. Plug the wire
connector into the socket on the interior assembly panel.
④ Secure the the interior assembly panel to the mounting plate with 2 pcs M4x8
and 1 pc M4x25 screws.
⑤ Turn the thumb knob to check whether the deadbolt is retracted. If the
deadbolt does not work smoothly, adjust the screws and install the mounting
plate again.
Step 5: Install Batteries and Battery Cover.
① Insert 4 pcs AA batteries into the battery compartment matching the
polarity(+/-) indicated.
Note:
a. New and old batteries cannot be mixed, and different brands of batteries
cannot be mixed.
b. Please replace the dead batteries in time, otherwise there is a risk of
unlocking failure or battery leakage resulting in lock damage.
② Install the battery cover with a screwdriver (not provided).
Now you have completed the installation of the OLOCK!
Please follow the instructions to set up and use the smart lock.
Testing Operation
Note: The lock will not lock automatically before the auto lock setting on.
① Lock Testing
Press the button for 1 second to lock.
② Unlock Testing
Press the default password “1 23456” + button to unlock.
Setting Up The Lock
The smart lock supports [Touch Button Setting] and [APP setting].
① Touch Button Setting:
Enter the lock setting
Press 8 button and 6 button to enter the setting mode. Follow the prompts to
set/verify the administrator password to enter the lock setting.
② Add new user
Press button to add a new user. Follow the prompts to set a 6- digit
password.
a. The regular password used for normal unlocking.
b. The emergency password used for emergency unlocking, and the APP will
receive the alarm notification after unlocking.
③ Add the user password
Press 2 button to add a user password, regular password or emergency password.
④ Delete the user
Press 3 button to delete a user, enter the user password, and then press 6
button to delete.
⑤ Lock setting
Press 3 button for lock setting, you can set auto-lock and unlock prompt tone.
Auto lock setting: off and 30s/1 min/5min Unlock prompt tone setting: on/off Note the auto-lock time. If you set 30s, it will automatically lock after 30s.
App Setting:
① Download and install “ORVIBO Home” App
Scan the QR code below to download and install the “ORVIBO Home” App. Register
an account and log in, then create a family or join an existing family.
② Add the smart lock
Open the “ORVIBO Home” app and click on “Scan QR Code” to add device. Scan the
QR code above or click the”+” in the upper right corner and select “Smart Door
Lock” , then select “ORVIBO OLOCK”. Complete the win configuration according
to the APP instructions.
③ APP Setting
a. Member management: Add or remove user passwords for the lock.
b. Temporary password: Authorize a temporary password to the visitor.
c. Auto: Customized automation to control other devices of the same brand
through the status of the OLOCK.
d. Settings: Auto Lock, Prompt Tone, Firmware Update and Other Settings.
App Other Function:
a. Lock status: Lock in unlocked or locked state is displayed in the app.
b. Lock message records: regular unlocking records. emergency password
unlocking alarm records. illegal try to unlock alarm records.
c. Notification of not arriving home:
Select Setting-unlocking record to set unlocking record notification. If there is no unlocking record in the set time period, APP will send a notification to warn you.
Basic Operations
① Unlock the door
You can unlock the door using a valid password, backup key or the thumb knob.
Option 1: Use the access password
a. Press any button or tap the touchscreen to wake up the keypad, then the
keypad will light up.
b. Enter a 6-digit access password and press the 8 button to unlock.
c. If the password is wrong, please enter a new access password again.
Note: If you fail to unlock the door for 5 consecutive times using the access
password, the smart lock will be locked for 2 minutes. You can use the backup
key to unlock the door or wait for two minutes.
Option 2: Use the backup key
Insert and turn the backup key to unlock the door.
Option 3: Use the thumb knob ,of the interior assembly panel
Turn the thumb knob of the interior assembly panel to unlock the door.
Lock the Door
Option 1: Use automatic lock
a. Set the “Auto Lock” option to ON in the APP and set the duration for which
the door is locked.
b. The Smart Lock will detect whether the door is locked. If not, the door
will be locked automatically after the time duration you set.
Option 2: Use button
When the door is closed, press the 8 button to lock .
Option 3: Use the thumb knob ,of the interior assembly panel
Turn the thumb knob of the interior assembly panel to lock the
door.
③ Locked from inside
When the door is closed and locked, press the “ln door lock button” for 2
seconds to lock from the inside.
Note:
a. Locked from inside, only administrator can unlock from outside.
b. When the lock is unlocked, t he locked from inside will inactive.
Other Operations
①Reset Lock to Restore Factory Default
Press the RESET button for more than 3 seconds to reset the lock to factory
default.
② OTA Update
If your device requires an OTA update. the app will notify you to perform an
OTA update on “Firmware Update”. Follow the on- screen instructions to
complete the process.
Troubleshooting
① Q: How to unlock the door when the Smart Lock doesn’t work?
A: Can use the provided key to unlock.
② Q: How to unlock the door when the Smart Lock’s battery runs low?
A: Insert a Type- C USB cable into the Type- C USB port and use a portable
battery to power the Smart Lock.
③ Q: How to unlock the door if the Smart Lock’s locked ?
(Locked due to incorrect password for many times)
A: The lock will return to normal after two minutes.
④ Q: What should I do if I lose my smartphone which is connected to the OLOCK?
A: Using a new phone. download and log in to the “ORVIBO Home” app, then
change your account password.
⑤ Q: Is it possible to use the APP to unlock?
A: The OLOCK does not support APP unlocking. but supports remote authorization
temporary password unlocking.
⑥ Q: What is the difference between the roles of administrator, regular user and temporary user of the smart lock?
A: The administrator has the right to manage and use OLOCK, and the password can be used to enter the setting mode for verification; Ordinary user have the right to use OLOCK, and the password can only be used to unlock; The temporary user’s password can be used to unlock only for the duration of the authorization.
⑦ Q: What is the maximum number of passwords that can be stored in OLOCK?
A: It can store up to 50 general passwords, 50 emergency passwords and 5
temporary passwords at the same time.
⑧ Q: Does OLOCK require a Wi- Fi bridge to work?
A: The OLOCK has built-in Wi-Fi, no need for the bridge.
⑨ Q: What are the network requirements for OLOCK?
A: It only supports 2.4GHz Wi- Fi, not 5GHz Wi- Fi.
⑩ Q: Does the OLOCK works with Alexa or Google Assistant?
A: No, not supported at this time.
⑪ Q: What is the maximum number of roles that can be stored in OLOCK?
A: It can store 1 administrator, 49 regular users and 5 temporary users at the
same time.
