Pair & Connect your OontZ Speaker with Amazon Echo Input, Echo Dot or Echo
Important: Amazon Echo Input, Echo Dot and Echo requires the Alexa app for pairing to your OontZ speaker.
Step 1: Turn on your OontZ Speaker. The Bluetooth LED Light will flash blue to indicate that the speaker is in pairing mode. If solid blue, your speaker is already paired to a source device. You will need to press and hold the Bluetooth Button on your OontZ Speaker for 3 to 5 seconds until the Bluetooth LED Light flashes blue, your speaker will be in pairing mode, ready to pair and connect.
Step 2: Open the Alexa app and select Devices.
Step 2: Press Echo & Alexa
Step 3: Select your Amazon Echo device, select Bluetooth Devices and then select Pair a New Device.
Step 4: Your Amazon Echo device enters pairing mode. When the Amazon Echo device discovers your OontZ speaker, the speaker appears in the list of available speakers in the Alexa app. Select your OontZ speaker. Your Amazon Echo device connects to the speaker and then the Alexa app returns to the Bluetooth Devices screen displaying the connected OontZ speaker.
Step 5: In the Alexa app select Home to exit the Settings screen. Your OontZ speaker is now paired with your Amazon Echo device.
