Intended use This device is used to convert HDMI signals to SDI format. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
The danger for children
Ensures that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are disposed of properly and are not within reach of babies and young children. Choking hazard! Ensure that children do not detach any small parts from the product. They could swallow the pieces and choke!
Where to use the product Never use the product
- in conditions of extreme temperature or humidity
- in extremely dusty or dirty areas
- in locations where the unit can become wet
- in locations with high levels of electrostatic or magnetic radiation
General handling
- To prevent damage, never use force when handling the product.
- Never immerse the product in water. Just wipe it with a clean dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners such as benzene, thinners, or flammable cleaning agents.

Operating elements

Using the product
- Connect the HDMI output of the desired device to the HDMI IN socket using a suitable HDMI
- Connect the input of a suitable SDI device to the SDI 1 output. If necessary, proceed in the same way with output SDI 2.
- Connect the device to a properly wired mains socket using the power supply supplied. The device is immediately ready for use.
- If the device detects a supported HDMI format at the input, the power indicator lights up blue, otherwise red.
- If the resolution of the input signal matches one of the supported resolutions of the SDI device connected to the output, the signal is output via the SDI 1 output and can be split for simultaneous output to a device connected to the SDI 2 output.
- When you have finished using the device, disconnect the power supply from the wall outlet.
For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials have been chosen that can be supplied to normal recycling. Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of. Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure that they are collected for recycling. Please follow the notes and markings on the packaging.
