Physical activity monitor
Whilst wearing the band, it records the number of steps taken by detecting the movement of your wrist. On the basis of the data collected, it then calculates the distance, time taken and calories burnt. The tracking history is available in the app.

Sleep monitor
The band recognizes the beginning and end of the sleeping period. Sleep phase, sleep time and wakeup time data are all shown in the app.

Connecting GPS
The fitness band allows you to use your phone’s GPS whilst do-ing sporting activities. If you choose to record your sport activi-ty in the app, such as running, your locations and location data from the connected phone are recorded during your activity.

Alarm clock
Go to alarm settings in the app. Select the time and day for the alarm. At the selected time, the icon will appear on the display and the band will vibrate. Swipe your finger across the display to turn the alarm off.

Inactivity alert
In the app, set the start and end time and days you would like the band to encourage you to be active. If you are not active during this time, the band vibrates and displays a warning.

Find your phone
In the app settings, turn on the find phone function. Go to the icon in the menu of the band that is paired with your phone. To send a signal to the phone, touch the icon. The phone will ring and then vibrate. If the phone does not respond even after it is turned on, it does not support this function.

Phone camera remote
In the app, go to the camera controls. The camera shutter is displayed on the paired band’s display. To take a photo, touch the fitness band display.

View weather info
In the app, you can turn on the weather info. When the band is synchronized with your internet enabled smartphone, it dis-plays the current weather on the screen. Touch the screen to switch to the forecast for the next two days.

View incoming call and message notifications
Go to notification settings in the app. Choose which alerts you want to be displayed on the band. If no notification is received after turning this on, then your smartphone does not support this function.

Resistance to water and dust
The fitness tracker is resistant to the penetration of water and foreign objects according to the IP67 protection rating. This means that it is protected against immersion in water for 30 minutes up to a depth of 1 metre and against the penetration of foreign objects including dust. Never charge the band when it is damp.
