How to Connect
Connect one end of the supplied 2 in 1 cable to the port on the microphone
and the other end (with USB interface & 3 .Smm jack) to the USB and 3.Smm AUX
port of PC’s host as shown in the picture.
Note: The microphone is plug-and-play. Generally, it can be used
directly after being connected.
If it could not wort normally, you can:
- Check that the two interfaces are both connected and they are properly connected. Plug the 3.5mm jack of the supplied cable to the red 3.5mm AUX port with microphone icon.
- Check that the sound driver is properly installed via the related software. If not, please install the sound driver, and restart the computer.
- Follow the steps below to ensure that your computer allows the microphone to work properly.
- Right-click on the sound icon > Recording devices
- Right-click the windows > Show Disabled Devices”
- Check “Microphone” to make it “Enable”.
- Right-click “Microphone” again, and click “Properties”.
- Go to “Listen” to uncheck the option of “Listen to this device”.
- Click “Level” to set “Microphone Boost” to + 10.0 dB.
- Find ‘Advanced” to enable two boxes of Exclusive Mode >”OK”
