of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children – these
materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
Step 1: Lay the packaged mattress on a flat surface and cut the exterior
packaging open carefully. To prevent damaging the mattress, do not use a knife
or cutter.
Step 2: Roll out the compressed mattress on a flat surface with the top side
(white panel) facing up.
Step 3: Carefully cut open the interior packaging of the mattress from one
edge to the other.
Step 4: Remove the mattress from the clear packaging and use the mattress on a
flat support surface, such as a platform bed or foundation. The mattress may
take up to 72 hours to expand to its original shape/height.
Tips:
- You can use your mattress as soon as it has expanded, but note that it may take up to 72 hours for the mattress to reach its maximum height.
- As each mattress may spend a different amount of time under compression, there may be slight variances to the product’s dimensions. These should not affect the quality of the mattress or its usability.
- As the mattress is compressed and sealed in plastic right off the line, you may notice a faint odor when you open the packaging. This should release over time.
Waiting to put bedsheets on the mattress will facilitate odor release.
