ADVICES FOR USE AND CARE

• Read this instruction manual carefully before using the product.
• If you pass on the device to a third party, please include this instruction manual as well.
• This device complies with technical norms and safety requirements for electric devices.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or nonobservance of this instruction manual.
• Keep children away from the device.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by those with a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not immerse the device in water.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight. Do not use the blender near heat-producing units like ovens and cooking stoves.
• Do not use the device if it is damaged. In order to avoid dangers, defective components should only be replaced by the manufacturer, his customer service or by similarly qualified persons. Do not open this device.
• Never attempt to repair this device yourself. Repairs should only be performed by qualified professionals.

NOTES FOR BATTERIES

Do not expose batteries to extreme heat, such as from sunlight, fire, etc.

• Only use top-quality batteries. Cheap batteries could leak and damage the device as a result.
• If the batteries leak, remove them with a cloth and dispose of them accordingly. Ensure that leaking battery acid does not come into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery acid in your eyes, flush them thoroughly with lots of water and consult a physician immediately! If battery acid comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area with lots of water and soap.
• If the device is not to be used for an  extended period of time, then the batteries should be removed, as the device could become damaged should they leak. If the device functions weaken, replace all batteries.
• Batteries are very dangerous if swallowed. Please keep the batteries and the device components away from children at all times. If a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• Batteries must not be recharged or activated with other means, dismantled, thrown into fire or short circuited.
• Remove the battery prior to disposing of the device.

Danger of suffocation! Keep all packaging material away from children.
Dispose of the packaging materials in an appropriate way. Contact your local authorities about collection points or waste separation.
The device is intended for private use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the design and the specifications of the unit without a preliminary notification.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Inserting batteries

Insert 2 × 1.5V AAA battery into the battery compartment on the bottom side of the scales.
Selected the desired mode: kg or lbs.

Weighing

1. Touch the weighing platform with your foot and wait a few moments.
2. Once the platform is stable, the LCD will read ”0.0”. Step onto the weighing platform and your weight will be displayed once you are standing still, then it will show you the weight of this time.
3. The weight will be compared, it will show the weight of last time, and the weight of this time, then show the compare weight between this time and last time. If your weight lost, the digital will be “-”.
4. Step off the platform and the reading will blink two times before the scales turn off automatically

Power off

The power will shut down automatically after no operation is detected for about 10 seconds.
Important notes

• In case of malfunctioning of the scales, please try installing a new battery, sometimes a low battery or defective battery may cause inaccurate readings or other errors.
• When the battery runs very low, the warning logo will appear on the display. When this happens, be sure to replace the battery on the bottoms side of the scale immediately.
• Use the unit on hard, flat, dry and secure surface only.
• Place the unit in an area free from high temperatures or high humidity. To clean, use dampened cloth and mild detergent.
• Avoid excessive impact or vibration to the unit.
• If you do not intend to use the unit for a longer period of time, remove the battery before storage.

ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY

Disposal of old electric devices.

Used household devices should not be disposed of with unsorted community waste. These used devices must be collected separately from household waste in order to increase the percentage of recovered devices and to recycle their parts, with the goal of reducing the negative effects on human health and on the environment.

| The symbol of the crossed out garbage can will be stamped onto all devices as a reminder of the obligation to put them in a separate garbage collection. The consumer must consult local authorities or the vendor to inform themselves about the manner in which their device should be disposed of.

Batteries do not belong in household waste! Expired batteries must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way and according to the applicable legal regulations.
Remove the battery prior to disposing of the device.

Warranty conditions

The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.
Service life of the product is 5 years. In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correctly and clearly stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the company seller, signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card. If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.
Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user, and by specialists having the necessary qualification sent by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation, and for obtaining warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.
In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made in accordance with the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.
