Front View
| | The modem will automatically power on when the power adapter is connected.
After the modem is successfully connected to the network, the LED indicator
illuminates a solid green or blue to indicate that the modem is online and
fully operational.

Back View
| | The following buttons and ports are available on the back of the modem.
- Reset button: Use this button to reboot or reset the WiFi cable modem configuration settings.
- Ethernet: Four one-gigabit Ethernet ports for RJ-45 network cable connections. Only one port is active at a time. THe following information describes the Ethernet port LED lights.
- Solid green LED: Indicates the Online status is in DOCSIS 3.0 mode.
- Solid blue LED: Indicates the Online status is in DOCSIS 3.1 mode.
- Blinking green LED: Indicates downstream and upstream channel search.
- Solid amber LED: Indicates the unit is powered on.
- Blinking amber LED: Indicates the firmware download is in progress.
- Blinking blue and green LED: Indicates error mode in sequence.
- Solid light blue LED: Indicates the WAN is selected over the Ethernet mode.
- Cable: Coaxial cable connector.
- Power port: Connect the power cord provided with the WiFi cable modem.

MAC Address / WiFi Network Label

- MAC addresses are written as 12 digits containing both letters and numbers (0-9, A-F).
- A MAC address is unique.
- The first six characters of the MAC address are unique to the manufacturer of the device.
- This information is usually found on a sticker located on the bottom of the modem.
- This label is located on the bottom of the device, which contains the default Network Name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Security Key (Preshared Key).
Troubleshooting
The light on the front indicates the gateway status. To troubleshoot any connection problems, use the table below.
LED Status | Problem |
---|---|
Off | No connection. Verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem. |
Solid Amber | Power is connected. |
Blinking Green | Acquiring downstream and upstream channel connections. |
Solid Green | Online status in DOCSIS 3.0 mode. |
Solid Blue | Online status in DOCSIS 3.1 mode. |
Solid Light Blue | WAN over Ethernet mode enabled. |
Blinking Amber | Firmware download in progress. |
