INSTALLATION DETAILS
Find the anode and cathode of the strip light. Connect it to the power cord.
- The copper of the power cord should meet the anode and cathode of the strip light.
- Plug the power cord directly into the strip light and cover the connection, by closing the clip.
- Important: connect to a maximum of 100 m per power cord.
Cover the exposed/open end of the strip light with the plastic cap.
- Important: when installing the strip light outdoors, use the glue found in the box to glue the power cord connection and plastic cap to the strip light. Apply the glue all the way around the end of the strip and allow to dry. This to ensure that the strip light is waterproof.
SHORTENING THE STRIP LIGHT
The strip light can be shortened per meter. When shortening the strip light, make sure you cut at the cut marking. Use a sharp pair of scissors to ensure that the strip light will not be damaged.
ABOUT THE GLUE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3059m special adhesive for PVC plastic is a one-component adhesive with a
special resin. It is used for bonding PVC (ABS + PC material), PC, PS, hips,
abs, PMMA, GP, as, Electroplated Plastics, and other hard adhesives. After
bonding, it can be naturally cured at room temperature. The positioning time
is fast. The cured adhesive has no whitening, good high and low-temperature
resistance, is waterproof, anti-corrosion, and is rust-resistant.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
3059m special adhesive for PVC plastic is applied to PVC plastic and PC
plastic, PVC plastic shell (USB flash disk, earphone, battery box and other
electronic component boxes), ABS, APET plastic ultrasonic defect patching, box
removal, PC plastic toys, ABS electronic components, ABS electroplating keys,
sports equipment, etc. this glue has passed various environmental protection
certificates and can provide environmental protection certificates.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1: for surface treatment, the oil stain or dust on the material surface shall be removed first.
- Step 2: apply glue. The thickness of glue shall be uniform and in place without bonding blind spots.
- Step 3: quickly bond immediately after sizing and press to make both sides closely fit!
- Step 4: 3059ml glue is suitable for gluing the needle. After curing, it will not turn white, no trace, fast positioning (positioning in 3-6 seconds), and has the effect of tearing the material without degumming in about 30 minutes!
After fitting with 3059m glue, position it for about 2-3 minutes, and measure the best strength after 24 hours! After bonding with 3059mh glue, position it for about 15-8 minutes and completely cure it in 24 hours! Special adhesive PVC and acrylic glue qis-3003, instant positioning and high strength. Low whitening type qis-460 non-whitening instant drying type If it is required to be transparent and traceless, 5203uv shadowless adhesive can be selected (one material must be transparent).

STORAGE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Seal and store in a cool and dry place! Keep away from fire and children! The
shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
INTENDED USE / APPLICATION
Product designed for use in households and for other similar general
applications.
MOUNTING
Technical changes reserved. Read the manual before mounting. Mounting should
be performed by an appropriately qualified person. Any activities to be done
with disconnected power supply. Exercise particular caution. The product has a
protective contact/terminal. Failure to connect the protective lead may lead
to electric shock. Mounting diagram: see pictures. Check for proper mechanical
fastening and connection to electrical power prior to first use. The product
can be connected to a supply network that meets energy quality standards as
prescribed by law. To maintain the proper IP protection level, the right
diameter of the power cable should be selected for the cable gland used in the
product.
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
The product can be used indoors and outdoors.
USAGE GUIDELINES / MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance work must be performed when the power supply is cut off and
the product has cooled down. Clean only with soft and dry clothes. Do not use
chemical detergents. Do not cover the product. Ensure free air access. The
product may heat up to a higher temperature. The product can only be supplied
by rated voltage or voltage within the range provided. It’s forbidden to use
the product with a damaged protective cover. The product must not be used in
unfavorable conditions, e.g. dust, water, moisture, vibrations, explosive air
atmosphere, fumes, or chemical fumes, etc. Nondemountable product. Not
suitable for independent repairs.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Keep your environment clean. Segregation of post-packaging waste is
recommended. This labeling indicates the requirement to selectively collect
waste electronic and electrical equipment. Products labeled in this way must
not be disposed of in the same way as other waste under the threat of a fine.
These products may be harmful to the natural environment and health, and
require a special form of recycling/neutralizing. Products labeled in this way
should be returned to a collection facility for waste electrical and
electronic goods. Information on collection centres is provided by local
authorities or sellers of such goods. Used items can also be returned to the
seller when a new product is purchased, in quantity no larger than the
purchased item of the same type. The above rules regard the EU area. In the
case of other countries, regulations in force in a given country must be
applied. Contacting the distributor of our products in a given area is
recommended.
