Black screen
- It is recommended that you temporarily deactivate your antivirus before installation.
- If you get sound but a black screen, please right click on the Honestech icon, click on Property> Confidentiality, and select “Reduced color mode”, and then 16 bits.
- August VGB350 USB 2.0 Video Capture also works with VLC Media Player or OBS Studio, just select“August VGB350 USB video device” to be the video capture device.
