Safety instructions:

  1. Do not disassemble or throw into fire or water, to avoid damage.
  2. Do not use the wireless chargers in severely hot, humid or corrosive environments, to avoid circuit damage and occurs leakage phenomenon.
  3. Do not place too close with magnetic stripe or chip card (ID card, credit cards, etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
  4. Please keep the distance at least 30cm between implantable medical devices (pacemakers, implantable cochlear, etc.) and the wireless charger, to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
  5. Some phone cases may affect the charging performance. Ensure there is no any metal object between your phone cases or try to take it off before charging.

Operation Instructions:

Charge a mobile phone

  1. Connect a USB power adapter (not included) with DC 5V ,1A or above power adapter will be required.
  2. Connect the Micro USB cable (Included) to the wireless pad.
  3. Place your mobile device on the wireless charging pad to start charge.
  4. To achieve fast wireless charging, connect with a QuickCharge 2.0 or above or USB power delivery USB adapter (sold separately) will be required.
  5. Check the charging icon displayed on the mobile phone’s screen for the charging status.
  6. Charges through lightweight cases up to 3mm thickness.

  1. RGB LED light off at the beginning when connecting to the USB power adapter.
  2. RGB LED light Rolling mode: Press the Touch Switch
  3.  RGB LED light Breathing mode: Press the Touch Switch again.

Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed to our  Customer Service Centre at 690 Springvale Rd, Mulgrave Vic 3170.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
