Q&A
Q. Why can’t my headphones charge?
A: To avoid fire or burn the charging IC during charging, we have set up
over voltage protection for the headset. If you use a charger that exceeds 5V,
the headset will automatically enter the overvoltage protection state, thereby
stopping charging. We recommend using the original 5V charging plug.
Q. Why can’t my headphones be used after charging/can’t be turned on after
using them for a period of time?
A: 1. Please eliminate the problem of insufficient power of the
headphone. if the charging current is unstable, it will have an impact on the
charging module, which may cause it to enter the protection mode after
charging (it cannot be turned on)
2. Please use the 3.5mm audio cable in the headphone accessory to plug
into the headphone 3.5mm jack to complete the factory reset. Then you can use
the headphone again.
3.lf your problem cannot be solved, we hope that you can get in touch
with our official customer service email.
Q. Why can’t my headphone enter pairing mode?
A: After turning on the headphone, you need to press and hold the
shutdown button for 5-6 seconds. When you see the signal lights flashing
alternately and quickly, it means that the headphone has entered pairing mode.
If you press the shutdown button for a too short time, you cannot enter the
pairing mode.
Q. Why is the signal of the headphones intermittent?
A: 1. The 10-meter effective distance of a Bluetooth headphone is a
Bluetooth distance in an unobstructed environment. For example, when the
headphone signal is used indoors, it will be weakened by passing through a
wall.
2.If in areas with high traffic such as airports, train stations,
subways, bus stations, shopping malls, and areas with dense signal sources
such as signal lights and monitors, Bluetooth headphones are prone to signal
instability.
Q. Why can’t my headphone connect with Bluetooth devices?
A: 1. Clear the history link records of the mobile phone or Bluetooth
device.
2. After resetting the headphone to factory settings, try to link again.
Q. When using active noise reduction headphones, the exterior feels very
noisy/noise reduction effect is not obvious?
A: Active noise cancelling headphones mainly eliminate low-frequency
noise rather than high-frequency noise.
Because low-frequency noise has the characteristics of slow transmission
speed, the chip of the active noise reduction headset has sufficient response
time to offset the opposite band of low-frequency noise. The high-frequency
noise has the characteristics of fast transmission and attenuation. When the
noise is generated, due to its faster transmission speed, the chip of the
active noise cancelling headset does not have enough response time to capture
and process it.
In real life, if you are in a train or an airplane, you will feel that the
noise is eliminated more obviously, because the noise in this part is mainly
low frequency noise.
