BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. After unpacking, remove the foil and papers protecting the appliance. Then clean the slicer according to the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
  2. Place the slicer on a flat top, close to an electrical socket, keeping a distance for convenient access to the snitch and pusher.
  3. Turn the thickness adjustment knob to 0 mm.
  4. Slide the sliding board into the guide until it locks firmly.
  5. Slide the pusher onto the sliding board.

USING THE SLICER

  1. Slide the sliding board towards yourself, then position the product ready for slicing on the sliding ‘board.

  2. set the desired cutting thickness using the adjustment knob.

  3. Plug the power cord into the electrical socket.

  4. Ruh the slicer with your left hand by pressing the switch. It is recommended to use the switch in position I. When the button is released, the slicer switches off. Continuous operation (position II) is IrekorklmEthded only for advanced users and requires special care.

  5. Slowly move the sliding board towards the blade with the right hand, gently pressing the product with ‘the Pusher. Then move back the sliding board.

  6. After the cutting is finished, turn off the appliance with the switch and wait for the blade to stop.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply.
