Before using this product, please read the instructions carefully. Please keep
this User Manual and fill out the Warranty Card (page 16) for warranty

Please read the following carefully before use, to prevent potential
damage, danger and/or injury. The following is applicable for the main unit
and its attachments.
WARNING!
- This device is designed to be used by healthy adults, excluding the elderly.
- Not suitable for children or persons under the age of 13. For use under adult supervision only.
- Use the device on the soft tissues of the body only and without causing pain or discomfort.
- Do not use the device on your head, or any other hard or bony parts of the body.
- Pressure application with the device may cause bruising. Continue to check the massage area and stop use immediately should you feel (or see) signs of pain or discomfort.
- Use on clean and dry skin only, pressing and moving gently over the surface.
- Keep your hair, fingers and other body parts away from the shaft and back of the massage attachment head to prevent getting caught.
- Do not apply to areas with less muscle coverage such as the shins, back of the feet or the back of the hands.
- Do not use the product on or around sensitive areas such as eyes, teeth, breast implants, genital organs, artificial limbs, etc.
- Do not apply this device to any parts liable to fracture.
- If pain persists, stop using the device immediately and consult a healthcare practitioner.
- This product is not a medical device and is not recommended for medical use or use in hospitals.
- Before using the device, please check that the device and provided cables are in good and undamaged condition. If damage is present, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or appointed professional to avoid danger.
- Do not leave the device (including the heat attachment) operating or charging unattended.
- Do not place any objects in or block the ventilation hole.
- Do not submerge the device into water or get it wet, including the ventilation hole.
- Do not drop the device.
- Do not operate the device while it is charging.
- Do not use the device and attachments for more than one hour continuously. Stop using the device and allow it to rest for 30 minutes prior to its next use.
- Beware heat attachment produces heat electronically and should not be left unsupervised in case of overheating leading to risk of fire.
- Do not leave the heat attachment unattended or on flammable materials.
- Allow the heat attachment to cool before placing back into its storage case.
- May contain hazardous components for young children. Beware choking or suffocation from packaging materials if unboxing around children.

Battery Instructions
- Do not submerge the device into water or get it wet.
- Do not charge the battery in extremely hot conditions or near an open flame.
- If the battery leaks or emits an odor, immediately remove it from close proximity to an open flame.
- Do not put the device into a fire or heat it up in any way.
- Do not disassemble the device or battery in any way.
- Do not use the device if, while the battery is in use or charging, it emits an odor, gives off excessive heat, and shows signs of deformation, discoloration, or any other abnormalities. If the battery is in use or being charged, remove it from the apparatus or charger immediately.

Attachments
- Heated Head
- May help speed up blood circulation for recovery, reducing and relieving muscle stiffness, soreness and fatigue.
- Best used on large muscle groups including but not limited to glutes, quads and upper traps but can be used on most parts of the body.
- U‑Shaped Head
- Best used for soft tissues and more sensitive muscles including the spine and neck.

Note: each attachment includes a set of rubber rings. If the rings become worn or damaged, please replace them with the spares included in the package.

Device Operation
Before Use
- Unbox the device and attachments and ensure all of the pieces are there. If not, please contact the supplier.
- Before using the device for the first time, charge the device to 100% (approximately 3 hours).
- Before using the heat attachment for the first time, charge the attachment to 100%.
- Connect the output end of the connection cable to the bottom of the device via its DC charging port. Then, connect the input end of the connection cable to a power bank or charger (5V 2A; if less than 2A, the total charging time will be longer).
- The power indicator light will flash red while charging and will automatically turn off when fully charged.
- The above three points are applicable for the heat attachment as well.
Charging
- The battery can be charged at any time.
- The device cannot be charged while in use.
- While the device is on, if the red indicator light is illuminated, the battery level is below 30%.
- If the red indicator light is illuminated and flashing, the battery level is below 20% and charge is required.
- When charging the heat attachment, the middle red indicator light will flash.
- The average working time is one hour depending on massage level and pressure.
Operation Steps
Removing and Replacing Attachments
- Ensure the massage gun is powered off.
- Firmly insert the stem of the massage head into the device.
- To replace, firmly pull the massage head out of the device.
- Note: The U-shaped head will need to be installed as shown in the attached, with the buckle aligned to the slot in the device. If done incorrectly, the attachment is likely to fall out of the device while in use.
Using the Device
- When the device is powered off, press“ ” button on the panel for two (2) seconds and the device will automatically turn on and to level one (1).
- Press the button again to shift into speed level two (2). Continue to press the same button to shift speed levels on the device between standby (0), one (1) and five (5).
- To power off the device, press and hold the button for two (2) seconds.
Note
- The device will automatically change to standby mode or level zero (0) at ten (10) minutes of operation.
- The device will automatically power off after no operation for 20 seconds while in standby (level 0) mode.
- The LED light panel on the device indicates the corresponding speed level: the lowest at level one (1) and the highest at level five (5).
- The heat attachment when properly installed in the device will automatically turn on and begin heating from level one (1).
- Allow the heat attachment to warm up for approximately one (1) – two (2) minutes for best results.
- For best results with heat attachment, skin contact is recommended.

Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with your device, please follow the below steps
to assist in troubleshooting:
- Recharge the device fully using the USB‑C cable for 3‑4 hours.
- The battery light should be showing green while receiving charge.
- Press and hold the power button for 3‑5 seconds.
Device Maintenance
- Use a damp (not wet) cloth following with a dry towel to carefully clean the device.
- If not in use for long periods of time, store the device in its case and charge once a month for sustained battery life.
- For the first one (1) to three (3) uses, charge the battery to 100% and fully deplete the device to 0% before re‑charging.
- The device should be stored in its case in a dry, ventilated and non-corrosive environment.
Guarantee
- This product comes with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty will be void due to any of the following:
- The device was disassembled or tampered with in any way.
- The device was damaged through improper use or handling, including being dropped.
- The device was not reasonably maintained.
- The period of warranty has ended.
