Yes, you can use just one pod as the JBL Wave 300TWS is a dual connect unit. Therefore, you can switch between mono and stereo with your left or right pod and still listen to music, receive calls and/or use your voice assistance.

The warranty in the UK for the JBL Wave 300TWS is of two years for any

Unfortunately the JBL Wave 300 and 200 ear buds are not supported by the JBL connection App

Our JBL Live 300 TWS doesn’t work with the Live Listen feature for iPhones.
How to mute mic when on bike all i hear is the wind all the time… can i mute the mic??
As far as I know the only way to mute Calls is going to be Via your phone. JBL doesn’t support Mute functions on the Headset, but try to hold the right bud for 3 secs if a sounds comes on the left bud that means it’s muted, not sure if it works but worth giving it go.
Do these work with an i phone 11?
They work fine with my sons iPad when he remembers to charge them, so expect they will be fine with an iPhone of any type – they are just Bluetooth connected, nothing Apple-specific.

If you want to adjust the sound yourself, tap the plus icon in the top left corner. You’ll now see 3 bars for the bass, mid, and treble. There’s a circle on the left and one on the right. Place your finger on the line that connects the 2 circles and move it up or down to your liking.
