FOX CEI200 LS Pole Capsule
The Halo LS Capsule is a product designed to provide a visual marker in low light and light environments. It features a red LED, a sealing O-ring, and a battery cap with 3/8 BSF thread. The top cap thread allows for sealed attachment and the illuminating feature makes it easy to find in the dark.
Product Features
- Red LED
- Sealing O-Ring
- Illuminating Top Cap Thread for Sealed Attachment
- Battery Cap 3/8 BSF Thread
Product Operation
In low-light-level environments, the LED will turn on and remain on when switched on. In light environments, the LED will turn on and then turn off after 2 seconds when switched on. When switched off, the LED will turn on and then turn off after 2 seconds in both low and light environments.
Working Life of Your Halo LS Capsule
The Halo LS Capsule has a low battery warning system that will turn off the LED twice every 60 seconds in low-light-level environments and turn on the LED twice every 60 seconds in light environments. Once the “Low Battery Warning” has begun, the LS Capsule will continue to work for approximately 8 hours. After the warning is activated, batteries should be replaced immediately.
Product Battery Replacement
- Unscrew the battery cap by hand.
- Take care removing the batteries. They will freely slide out of the Capsule.
- Insert new batteries and ensure correct polarity.
- Screw the battery cap back onto the Capsule, compressing the O-Ring seal.
The Halo LS Capsule requires 2 x LR6 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. It is
important to use good-quality batteries to ensure maximum battery life and
reduce the risk of battery leakage. The LS Capsule has an IPX7 rating, making
it waterproof. However, if exposed to prolonged heavy rain or frequent
submersion, it is important to allow the unit to dry out properly by bringing
it indoors and
letting it dry fully after use. Never place batteries in a hot environment
(e.g. on a radiator).
