FCC/IC Radiation Exposure Statement

This equipment complies with FCC and ISED exposure limits radiation levels established for an uncontrolled environment.

WARNINGS/ATTENTION

DO NOT use the headphones at a high volume for extended periods of time.

  • To prevent hearing damage, the headphones must be placed on a comfortable, medium-volume level.
  • Lower the volume on the device before putting the headphones over your ears position, and gradually turn the volume up until you find a comfortable listening level reached.

DO NOT use the headset for phone calls or any other purpose while driving.

NEVER use noise-canceling headphones if not being able to hear ambient sounds a could pose a danger to yourself or others, for example, while cycling or walking in or near traffic, a construction site or railway, etc., and follow the applicable laws regarding the use of headphones.

  • Remove the headphones, or use the headphones without them noise reduction and adjust the volume so you can hear ambient sounds hear, including alarms and warnings.

Correct disposal of this product (Waste electrical and electronic equipment)

REACH

REACH (Regulation No. 1907/2006) covers production and the use of chemicals and their potential impact on human health and the environment. Article 33(1) of the REACH regulation requires suppliers to inform recipients if any article more than 0.1% (by weight per article) of any substance(s) contains on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) (‘REACH Candidate List’). This product contains the substance “lead” (CAS No. 7439-92-1) in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight.

At the time of the introduction of this product, there are none in this product except lead other REACH candidate list substances found in a concentration of more than 0.1% by weight.

Note: On 27 June 2018, lead was added to the REACH candidate list. Including lead in the REACH candidate list means not that leaded materials pose a direct risk or lead to a restriction of the permissibility of use.

For products with batteries

Instructions for users on removal, recycling and disposal of used batteries

To remove batteries from equipment or remote control, follow the procedure in the owner’s manual for installing batteries reverse order. For products with a built-in battery that lasts the entire life of the product, removal may not be possible for the user. In this case, recycling or recovery centers will take care of it dismantling the product and removing the battery. If it for any reason it is necessary to replace such battery, this procedure must be performed by authorized service centers. In the European Union and other regions, it is illegal to use batteries with it to dispose of household waste. All batteries must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Check with the local cleaning service for information on environmentally friendly collection, recycling and disposal of used batteries.

CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. To the risk of fire, explosion or leakage of flammable liquid/gas reduce, do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short circuit, expose to temperatures above 60°C (140°F), direct sunlight, expose to extremely low air pressure, or throw into fire or water. PREVENT CHILDREN FROM SWALLOWING BATTERY, AND CHEMICAL HAZARD BURNS. This product contains a button-cell battery. As the button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause serious death in just 2 hours cause internal burns and lead to death. Keep new and used batteries out of the reach of children. If the battery compartment is not close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of reach of children. If you think a child has swallowed a battery, seek medical attention immediately.
