Rexton Assist Interfaces
Rexton Assist, our cloud-based Artificial Intelligence neural network, allows members to make real-time programming changes when they are on the go. Members can personalize their hearing aids’ performance when and where challenges are occurring without having to wait for an in-person or virtual appointment.
Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) system is ever evolving and growing. It draws from information gained from years of literature, studies, and R&D and continually builds its knowledge base by adding information from virtual and in-office adjustments occurring globally. When Rexton Assist is used, the member receives hearing solutions curated for that specific situation. The member in turn helps the living network evolve based on their satisfaction with the chosen adjustment.
Simply tap the Rexton Assist icon in the upper right corner of the Rexton App and select what you need help with. The Assist will ask a series of questions that will guide the member to a proposed solution.
