Important Safety Instructions
- Please read this manual carefully and follow all instructions.
- Please be careful not to drop and hit the apparatus, or it will damage the cavity structure and affect the sound quality.
- Do not place the apparatus in a small space, such as a bookcase or cabinet.
- Do not use the apparatus near water or in a too humid environment, such as the basement or indoors on rainy days.
- Do not expose this appliance to drip or splash area, and do not place objects filled with liquids on the apparatus.
- Do not install near any heat sources or too high-temperature environment, such as fire, radiators, or stoves.
- Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when it’s unused for a long time.
- Do not place the soundbar near magnetic objects, such as WiFi routers, or high voltage power supplies.
- Do not clean the apparatus with acidic/alkaline or corrosive detergent, or it may damage the shell. Please wipe the apparatus shell with a soft cloth dipped in water.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Do not cover the vents with newspapers, tablecloths, or curtains to avoid a fire hazard.
- Please protect the adapter from being walked on or pinched particularly the plugs, be careful when plugging and unplugging.
- If there is any abnormality, please disconnect the power adapter from the power supply immediately, and contact us for replacement.
- Please charge with the provided power adapter, using other adapters may cause damage to the apparatus.
- Only connect the apparatus with cables we provided: HDMI cable, optical cable, 3.5mm audio cable, RCA cable.
- Any individuals shall not be unauthorized to dismantle or refit the apparatus. We are not responsible for the damage to persons or products caused by this reason.
This apparatus is compatible with a 21V 2.2A adapter. The adapter over 21V may damage the apparatus, and we have no liability for that.

Remote Control
Music, movies, News/games, HiFi, and Night on the remote control are all EQ
sound effects to meet your needs for different viewing scenes.
0 Short press the Mute button, Soundbar is in silent mode, screen UI display
will blink every 3s. — — – —
- BT: shod press to enter ST mode, the word “sr appear on the screen and flash every 0.3s. After pairing, “Br’ turns steady on and make prompts ‘Dia’.
- Optical: short press to enter Optical mode, the word “OPT” appears on the screen.
- HDMI: short press to enter HDMI ARC mode, then the word ‘ARC” appears on the screen
- AUX: shod press to enter AUX mode, then the word “AUX” appears on the screen.
- USB: after plugging the U-dIsk, the apparatus will automatically recognize It.
- Illo• I I: play or pause; long press for 3s to disconnect wireless.
- itsbla+: increase treble effect(level 1-3).
- Treble.: decrease treble effect(level 1-3).
- Bass+: increase bass effect(level 1-3).
- Bass-: decrease bass effect(level 1-3).
- Night: short press to turn down the volume to level 15. quiet enough to fall asleep.
Notice:
Please install batteries before use. Required batteries are not included in
the packing list. please purchase by yourself.
If you increase the bass effect to the full, there would make a little noise
when you are watching too bass film scenes, but it’s normal. You can decrease
the bass effect to avoid that.
Wall Mount Method

Take out wall mount racks and the soundbar from the package, then remove 4 screws on the backside of the soundbar.

Place 4 screws back to install 2 wall mount racks on the soundbar tightly.
Note:
• As a plasterboard wall is especially fragile, please choose a suitable wall for installation, and hang the soundbar horizontally by screws in a continuous flat wall.
• We are not responsible for accidents or damage caused by improper installation, insufficient wall strength, improper screw installation, or natural disasters. -
Stick WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE (supplied) on a wall.
1. Align TV CENTERLINE (t) of WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE with the centerline of your TV.
2. Align TV BOTrOME LINE ( 2 ) of WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE with the bottom of your TV, then stick WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE on a wall by using a commercially available adhesive tape. etc. -
Drill 2 holes aligning the marks on SCREW LINE (®) of WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE as the illustration below, insert expansion bolts and fasten the mounting screws.

Remove WALL MOUNT TEMPLATE. 6. Hang the soundbar on the mounting screws.
Align the holes of the rear of the soundbar with mounting screws, then hang the soundbar on mounting screws.
Connect Instruction
- Plugin the AC power adapter, long-press the power button on the right side of the soundbar for 3 seconds, or short press the red power button on the remote control to switch on the power, it will enter BT mode by default. The word “BT” appears on the screen and flashes every 0.3s.
- Take LG TV as an example, turn on the TV and short press the setting button on LG remote control, choose “Sound Ours.
- Long press the middle roller button for 3s to enter *Sound Out”.
- Find Bluetooth” and click the right ‘Device List’.
- Click “Search’ to find WITSHOCK MX3, then choose to pair. A small window will pop up from the upper right to indicate that the BT connection is completed.
- When connecting with a mobile phone, directly turn on wireless on phone, search WITSHOCK MX3 and click to pair.
If the soundbar cannot connect with your phone wireless after searching out, remove the soundbar from the device list and connect again.
HDMI ARC Connection
- Plugin the AC adapter and switch on the power
- Connect two ends of HON cable (not included) to ARC/eARC interfaces on the soundbar and TV. Notice: Only ARC/eARC interfaces can make connections succeed.
- Short press the HDMI button on the remote control or M on the speaker to enter HDMI ARC mode. If there is no sound, please switch the audio output format to PCM coding output.
- Take LG TV as an example. turn on the TV and short press setting button on LG remote control, choose “Sound Our:
- Long press the middle roller button for 3s to enter “Sound Our:
- Select HDMI ARC, then the voice made by the TV can be heard from the speaker.
NOTICE
If there is no sound, please switch the audio output format to PCM coding
output.
Optical Connection

Plugin the AC adapter and switch on the power.
-
Remove the protective cap from both ends of the optical cable, align one end of the plug with your TV’s Optical Out port and insert the plug carefully. Hold the connector at the other end of the cable and turn the side marked with the label up, align the plug with the OPTICAL IN port of the soundbar and insert the plug carefully, firmly push the plug into the port until you hear the snap-on sound.
Make sure you have removed the protective cap from both ends of the optical cable. Inserting the plug with a cap on or in the wrong direction may damage the plug and/or the port. -
Short press the Optical button on the remote control or M on the speaker to enter Optical mode.

Take LG As an example, turn on the W and short press setting button on LG remote control, and choose “Sound Out”.

Long press the middle roller button for 3s to enter “Sound Out”.

Select Optical, then the voice made by the TV can be heard from the speaker.
NOTICE LIf there is no sound, please switch the audio NOTICE output format to PCM coding output.
Line IN/AUX Connection
- Plugin the AC adapter and switch on the power.
- Conned one end of AUX cable(3.5mm audio cable) to AUX IN interface on Soundbar, connect the other end to Line Out/AUX OuVAudio Out/Headphone Out interface on the TV. Notice: Please connect with 3.5rim Line Out/AUX Out/Audio Out/Headphone Out interface but not Debugging interface/Upgrade interface.
- Short press the AUX button on the remote control or Mon speaker to enter AUX mode.
- Take LG TV as an example. turn on the TV and short press setting button on LG remote control, and choose ‘Sound Ours.
- Long press the middle roller button for 3s to enter “Sound Ours.
- Select Audio Out(Llne Out), then the voice made by the TV can be heard from the speaker.
NOTICE If there is no sound, please switch the audio output format to PCM coding output.
RCA Connection
(for the condition that your TV has no 3.5mm Line Out/AUX Out/Audio Out/Headphone Out interface)

Plugin the AC adapter and switch on the power.

Connect one end of AUX cable(3.5mm audio cable) to RCA cable; Conned the red interface of RCA cable to red RCA Out(L) interface on TV/CD, and conned the white interface of RCA cable to white RCA Out(R) interface on TV/CD; Connect the other end of 3.5mm audio cable to AUX IN interface on speaker.

- Take LG TV as an example, turn on the TV and short press setting button on LG remote control, and choose “Sound Out’.

Long press the middle roller button for 3s to enter “Sound Out”.

Select RCA OUT(Line OUT), then the voice made by the TV can be heard from the speaker.
NOTICE
If there is no sound, please switch the audio CE I output format to PCM
coding output.
USB Connection
- Plugin the AC adapter and switch on the power.
- Insert U-disk into USB interface, then the apparatus will automatically read it and play its audio files.
Troubleshooting
Q) When the soundbar is connected to the TV and there is horrible noise?
A) Please turn on the audio output mode setting of the TV, select PCM linear
output, and turn off Dolby/DTS output. Because this soundbar does not support
Dolby/DTS decoding.
Q)Why is there no sound coming out after connecting to the TV using
ARC/Optical (Common)?
A) Please make sure your TV supports ARC output. Then go to “setting” in your
TV (may vary due to different brand):
- Setting>Sound>Select Speaker to: external speaker(optical momentum off TV
Speaker:
2)Setting>Sound(audio)>Advanced Audio>Digital Audio Output>PCM Setting> Sound(audio)>audio output format>PCM/Dolby off-Please select the PCM Output mode.
Q)Why is there no sound or noise when watching Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon prime (they have sound on Smart TV)?
A) If your TV is a smart TV. Apps like Netflix were set the default audio output is Dolby and DTS for the movie, but this soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, so you will hear the crack sound or no sound please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on Netflix.
Q) Why cannot my wireless device connect to the speaker?
Al) You have not enabled wireless on your device or speaker.
A2) Maybe someone else has connected to your speaker already, at this time, you need to long-press the “Play/Pause” button on the remote control or on the right side of the speaker for 3s to disconnect the wireless connection by force.
A3) When connecting wireless, try not to place routers and other devices next to the speaker.
Q) Is this compatible with Fire TV/ Firestick? A) Yes, plug the Fire TV into the TV. And connect the TV using any input mode. If using Optical or ARC, please make sure you have followed our manual settings.
Q) Why does not my remote control work?
Al) Double check if the batteries are correctly installed in the battery slot.
A2) Replace brand-new batteries (Point the remote to the center of the speaker (IR is built in the front of the speaker).
A3) Please check if the positive and negative of the battery are right. A41 Please check if the receiving location is blocked.
Q) Why is the battery not included?
A) The battery’s not Included due to Amazon Safety Regulation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q) Intermittent or no audio from soundbar?
Al) If the N light or the BT light are pulsing the soundbar is muted. Press the Mute button A to unmute the soundbar. Make sure your mobile device isn’t muted.
A2) Increase the volume on the soundbar or your mobile device.
A3) Switch to a different source.
M) Play audio from a different application or music service.
A5) Restart your mobile device.
A6) Make sure you’re using a compatible BT mobile device.
A7) Make sure that the soundbar HDMI cable is inserted into a port on your N labeled HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel), not a standard HDMI port. If your TV doesn’t have an HDMI ARC port. connect the soundbar using an optical cable.
AS) If the soundbar is connected to your TV’s HDMI ARC port, make sure that Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) is enabled in your TV system menu. Your N may refer to CEC by a different name. Refer to your TV owners guide.
A9) Power off your TV, disconnect the speaker’s HDMI cable from your TV’s HDMI ARC port and reconnect it. Power on your TV( nsed the optical cable into a port on your TV labeled Output or OUT, not Input or IN.
Q) Sound is coming from N speaker?
Al) Make sure that the soundbar HDMI cable is inserted into a port on your TV labeled ARC (Audio Return Channel). If your N doesn’t have an HDMI ARC poll. conned to the speaker using the optical cable.
A2) Turn off your TV speakers. Refer to your TV owners guide.
A3) If the soundbar is connected to your N’s HMI ARC port, make sure that Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) is enabled in your TV system menu. Your N may refer to CEC by a different name. Refer to your TV owner’s guide.
A4) Disconnect the soundbar HDMI cable from your N’s HDMI ARC port and reconnect it.
A5) Decrease your TV volume to its lowest setting. A6) Connect to the soundbar using both an HDMI cable and the optical cable.
