DEVICE DESCRIPT SAFETY CONDITIONS. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ON SAFETY OF USE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
The warranty conditions are different, if the device is used for commercial
purpose.
- Before using the device, read the operating instructions and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by the use of the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
- The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes not in accordance with its intended use.
- The device must only be connected to a 230V ~ 50 Hz earthed socket. In order to increase the safety of use, many electrical devices should not be connected to one electric circuit simultaneously.
- Be especially careful when using the device when children are in the vicinity. Do not allow children to play with the device and do not let children or people unfamiliar with the device use it.

- It is forbidden to immerse the device in water.
- Some surfaces become hot when in use – be careful when using the device.
- The device is suitable for indoor use only.
- It is forbidden to move the device during its operation.
- It is forbidden to pour any liquid other than liquid chocolate into the fountain.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is recommended that you use chocolate intended for fountains. Place the chocolate in the Container (2), 0.5 cm below its edge. Turn on heating by moving the Switch (3) to HEAT. After the chocolate has melted, set the Switch (3) to the MOTOR/HEAT position. The chocolate must have the proper density. To ensure the best taste, switch on the appliance every 60minutes and thoroughly mix the chocolate in the bottom bowl.
To ensure best flowability please use chocolate with hight proportion of cocoa
butter.
Chocolate fountain chocolate contains a high proportion of cocoa butter, so it
has good flowability and normally does not require any oil.
Chocolate coating contains a medium amount of cocoa butter, so it is medium
liquid and usually requires the addition of oil.
Standard chocolate contains little cocoa butter, is therefore not very liquid
and almost always requires additional oil.
For best resoult please put the chocolate in a hot water bath or for around 1
minute in a microwave oven.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to wash the device after each use. Before cleaning, it must be disconnected from the mains. Wait until the appliance has cooled down. Wash the plates, auger and bowl in warm water.
