SAFETY CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ON SAFETY OF USE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
The warranty conditions are different, if the device is used for commercial purpose.

  1. Before using the product please read carefully and always comply with the following instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages due to any misuse.

  2. The product is only to be used indoors. Do not use the product for any purpose that is not compatible with its application.

  3. The applicable voltage is 220-240V ~50/60Hz. For safety reasons it is not appropriate to connect multiple devices to one power outlet.

  4. Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children to play with the product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device to use it without supervision.

  5. WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.

  6. After you are finished using the product always remember to gently remove the plug from the power outlet holding the outlet with your hand. Never pull the power cable!!!

  7. Never put the power cable, the plug or the whole device into the water. Never expose the product to the atmospheric conditions such as direct sun light or rain, etc.. Never use the product in humid conditions.

  8. Periodically check the power cable condition. If the power cable is damaged the product should be turned to a professional service location to be replaced in order to avoid hazardous situations.

  9. Never use the product with a damaged power cable or if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defected product yourself because it can lead to electric shock. Always turn the damaged device to an authorized service location in order to repair it. All the repairs can be done only by authorized service professionals. The repair that was done incorrectly can cause hazardous situations for the user.

  10. Never put the product on or close to the hot or warm surfaces or the kitchen appliances like the electric oven or gas burner.

  11. Never use the product close to combustibles.

  12. Do not let cord hang over edge of counter or touch hot surfaces.

  13. Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision.

  14. In order to provide additional protection, it is recommended to install residue current device (RCD) in the power circuit, with residual current rating not more than 30 mA.

  15. Accessible surface temperatures can be high when the appliance is operating. Never touch the  hot surfaces of the appliance.Due to the high temperature you should be careful when removing the prepared dishes, removing hot grease or other hot liquids. Be careful, there can be hot steam presence during use of the appliance.

  16. This electrical appliance contains a heating function. Surfaces, also different than the functional surfaces, can develop high temperatures. The equipment shall be touch only at intended handles and gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like gloves or similar. During or after use, please do not touch the baking tray or the hot area on the shell before the temperature goes down.

  17. The device must cool down before you store it.

  18. Do not place products made of cardboard, paper, plastic materials or other flammable or melt able objects in the device.

  19. The device is not designed to work with external schedulers or separate remote control system.

  20. Do not insert food portions that use whole oven volume, as it may cause fire and destruction of the device.

  21. The power cord may not be placed above the device and it may not touch or be located near hot surfaces. Do not place the device under a mains socket.

  22. Do not move or carry the device during operation. After the operation it can be moved only if it had enough time for cooling down.

  23. Before and during use, make sure that the power cord is not stretched over an open flame or other heat source or sharp edges that may damage the insulation of the cable.

  24. Before first use, remove all packaging components. Attention! In the case of a casing with metal parts, on these elements a slightly visible protective foil can be stretched, hich should also be removed.

  25. NEVER cover the device during operation or when it does not cool down completely, remember that the heating elements of the device take time to cool down completely.

  26. SAVE CAREFULLY if you use the device on surfaces sensitive to high temperatures. It is recommended then to use insulating washers.

DESCRIPTION OF DEVICE: Sandwich maker MS3057

  1. Handle

BEFORE FIRST USE

Open device by holding the handle (1). Before that, release the buckle (4).

  1. Remove all cartons and labels from housing and from inside (between heating plates).
  2. Wipe heating plates first with wet and next with dry cloth.
  3. Apply a bit of edible oil or other plant fat on the heating plates, close and plug device to the socket with grounding, the power indicator lamp will light (2) in red.
  4. Keep the device running for few minutes to get ride of manufacturing odour. Device could emit some smoke during this time. That’s normal.
  5. Clean the device according chapter “Cleaning ”.

USING DEVICE

Prepare needed food.

  1. Close heating plates(5) by buckle (4) and connect the device to the socket with grounding – power indicator lamp will light (2) in red.

  2. Wait about 10 minutes. After this time the device should reach appropriate temperature – ready indicator lamp will light (3) in green.

  3. Fully open the device. Place the previously prepared food on the bottom heating plate.

  4. Close the device. Snap the buckle (4). Do not press the upper housing (6) to close by force. Adjust the thickness of food to close the housing by buckle (4) without force.

  5. During operation the ready indicator lamp (3) will be turning on and turning off, that’s mean that thermostat warm up heating plates in cycles to appropriate temperature.

  6. Operation time is approximately 5 to 15 minutes and depends on type of used ingredients and preference taste.
    CAUTION: During operation can be emitted hot steam from the cover of the device, it is normal.

  7. Fully open the upper housing (6) and remove the backed food, use wooden or plastic spatula only.
    ATTENTION! Do not use metal utensils or sharp kitchen tools because they can damage the special non-stick coating heating plates.

  8. Before baking the next batch of products, close the upper housing (6) to let heating plates get hot to the appropriate temperature.

  9. When finished baking, remove the plug from the socket and allow the device to cool down.

CLEANING DEVICE

  1. Unplug the electric socket after use and let it cool down before start cleaning.
  2. Wipe heating plates first with wet and next with dry cloth (you can also use paper towel).
  3. Hardest to clean dough rests grease with oil and leave it for few minutes. Next remove dough rests with wood paddle gently.
  4. Please do not use any metal or hard abrasive tool to wipe the interior/exterior of the machine body to avoid scraping the surface of the heating plates and upper and bottom housing .
  5. Do not immerse in water.

 Please transfer cardboard packaging to waste paper. Pour the polyethylene bags (PE) into the plastic container Worn device should be returned to the appropriate point storage because it is dangerous in the device ingredients may pose a threat to the environment. The electrical device should be handed over to limit its reuse and use. If in the device there are batteries you have to take out and give to the point stored separately.
