Safety warnings

• Using the product while driving a vehicle is not recommended; its use while driving may be illegal in certain areas/countries.
• The product is not a toy and contains small parts that could be swallowed. Take utmost care to avoid swallowing by children and pets.
• Danger: risk of suffocation if swallowed.
• Danger: risk of damage to the digestive system if swallowed (earpods contain a Lithium battery). If swallowed, go urgently to an Accident and Emergency Department for removal, showing these instructions!
• Do not expose the earpods to fire and to excessively high or low temperatures: avoid leaving them under the sun, in the car or in places that are too hot or cold.
• Do not expose the earpods to water or other liquids: do not place them in water or expose them to drops, splashes or excessive humidity.
• Avoid damaging the earpods by dropping or knocking.
•  Do not use a damaged product.
• If the earpods are not working, do not try to open or repair them: contact a qualified assistance centre.

Hearing safety

To avoid possible damage to the ear, do not use the earpods at high volume for long periods of time.
In particular circumstances, turn down the volume or stop listening to ensure the sound does not distract you and/or cover the noises around you, thus creating dangerous situations.

Presentation

The Wireless MySound “True Buds” earpods, using Bluetooth® technology, allow you to:

• Listen to music wireless;
• Switch automatically to taking a call while you are listening to music;
• Make phone calls with your smartphone.

Charging the battery

When used for the first lime, fully charge the system, i .e. base with earpods inserted (approx. 2.5 hrs). Each earpod has a rechargeable battery inside it that allows continuoos use of the product for approx. 4 hours. Inside the base there is a rechargeable battery of greater capacity wh.ich, thanks to its energy, allows you to charge the earpods several times in any situation, even in the absence of an extemal power supply.

Charging the Base:
– Insert the USB Type-C connector of the cable supplied into the USB Type-C charging socket of the base [6];
– Insert the other end of the USB cable into any USB socket (5 Volts); you can use a USB port of a computer that is turned on;
– During charging, the LED light [5] will be flashing red
– When charging is complete, the LED light [5] will remain steady on red.

Charging the earpods:
– Place the earpods in the base and check that the LED lights [2] and [3] are red;
– If not, this means that the base is at; connect the USB power supply for simultaneous charging (base + earpods);
– When the earpods are charged, the LED lights [2] and [3] will switch off.

First pairing with Bluetooth® device (mobile phone)

When using the True Buds earpods with a Bluetoolh® device for the first time, you muSI do the following:

1. Switch off the Bluetooth® connection on the device to be paired (e.g. Smartphone);
2. Remove both earpods and check that the LED lights [2] and 131 on the earpods flash as follows:
   LEFT earpod:| Alternating red/blue flashing
   ---|---
   RIGHT earpod:| LED light off

NB: If, once removed from the base, both earphones are off, press and hold down the multi-function button [1] on both of them for approx. 3 seconds until the LED light 121 starts flashing red/blue on both, and wait for the operating situation described in the table above.

3. Switch on Bluetooth® and activate the “Device Search” function on the device to be paired (e.g. Smartphone). Make sure that the phone has the “visible to all” option activated;
4. On the phone, check the list of Bluetooth® devices found and look for “True Buds”;
5. Select “True Buds” and follow the instructions on the phone screen to pair it. (Refer to the phone’s user manual for further details);
6. If a password is required, enter “0000” (4 zeros, not required for recent devices);
7. Once the pairing is complete, ensure that the earpod plays back sound. If not, insert both earpods in the base and repeat the operation from step 1.

Usin the earpods – connections subsequent to the first pairin

WARNING: using the True Buds earpods while driving a vehicle is not recommended and is illegal in some countries. Consult and comply with the laws and regulations in force regarding the use of headsets while driving a vehicle and always pay utmost caution and attention while driving

During normal use, simply remove the earpods from the base and they will automatically connect to your Bluetooth® device when turned on and within a range of 10 metres (automatic pairing).

When you have finished using Ille earpods, we recommend that you keep them vin the base so that they are charged for the next time.

If they remain unused and out of the base, they will quickly lose their charge; to prevent this, press both on/off buttons [11 and [4] for approx. 3 seconds until the LED lights [2] and [3] emit 3 red flashes and switch off.

When receiving a call, the music is interrupted and the ring tone is played by both earpods; when the call is ended, the music starts again automatically

Using the music and call commands

• Pause/ Play While playing a track, in music mode, briey press the on/off button on either earpod to pause;
• Answer/ end calls Briefiy press the on/off button once on either earpod to answer an incoming call or to end the conversation
• Refuse a call: Press and hold down the on/off button on either earpod for 2 seconds to refuse an incoming call
• Changing track: in music mode, press and hold down the on/off button of the RIGHT earpod for 2 seconds until the playback moves on to the next track, or press and hold down the on/off button of the LEFT earpod for 2 seconds until the playback goes back to a previous track
• Virtual Assistant: press the on/off button twice on either earpod to call up the virtual assistant of your device: Siri (for Apple systems) or Google Assistant (for Android systems).
• Re-call last number called: press the ON/OFF button 3 times to automatically re-call the last telephone number entered.

Disposal of the product and batteries

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU. The product must be disposed of separately from other waste at end-of-life. When no longer in use, it must be taken to an appropriate waste recycling collection centre or given to the retailer. Adequate separate waste collection helps to prevent possible negative impact upon the environment and on health, whilst encouraging the re-use and/or recycling of materials. Unlawful disposal of the product is subject to legal sanctions.

This symbol indicates that the product contains a built-in rechargeable battery that is subject to European Directive 2013/56/EU and therefore cannot be disposed of together with normal household waste. The product must be taken to an appropriate waste recycling collection centre or given to the retailer.
