ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Description :
The SONEIL power supply is a switching power supply designed to charge any type of lead acid batteries (gel, sealed or wet, AGM etc.) to full charge.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK: READ THROUGH THESE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USING THE PRODUCT. CAREFULLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN USING THE PRODUCT. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

  1.  For models with AC selector switch (slide switch that has 115V on one side and 230V on other side), make sure that the product AC voltage selector switch is set to the correct AC power voltage (115VAC or 230VAC). Wrong setting will result in damage of the product and/or the batteries!
  2. The output wire polarity (which wire is +ve and which is -ve) and LED lights indications are on the label.
  3. Connect the product to the battery outlet on the electric vehicle/appliance or to the battery. Connect the product to AC power line. If the product has ON/OFF switch, turn ON the AC power switch. For products without connector on DC (output) wires, the +ve DC wire is connected to the ve terminal of the battery and the -ve (normally black) DC wire to the ve terminal of the battery. The CHARGING light is normally Red, Yellow or Orange which changes to GREEN when the battery is fully charged. It is a good idea to leave the product connected until battery or electric vehicle / appliance is ready to use. It will give a long battery life.
  4. Some product models have green or yellow inhibit wire. In onboard applications this wire is used by electrical vehicle companies to prevent vehicle from moving while charging is taking place. Normally the Green or Yellow inhibit wire is not used and can be left un-connected.
  5.  When disconnecting, remove the AC power first by switching the AC power switch OFF (if the product has an AC switch) and then disconnect the product from the electric vehicle/appliance/battery.
