Preparation
Charge the smart bracelet for 2 -2.5 hours before turning it on for the first
time. The battery signal will be displayed while charging.
Charge the smart bracelet once every three months if it remains idle.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find the bracelet or can’t connect?
Android system:
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that the Bluetooth sign is not on the smart bracelet (the smart bracelet is connected if there is a Bluetooth sign). Put the smart bracelet and device next to each other, try to search and connect. The connection can be established in Android 4.4 and higher.
- You can not connect yet, enter settings – application administration – authorization management – application access authorization, find wearfit 2.0 and allow access, enter the configuration again to activate the GPS location service, restart the phone, try connecting again.
IOS system:
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that the Bluetooth sign is not on the smart band (the smart band is connected if there is a Bluetooth sign. Forget the device first). Go to settings – Bluetooth – I forget this device, after this the application is ready to detect the smart bracelet.
After fixing the smart band, does it show that it is not connected or that the remaining battery is 0%? Smart band and device are not properly connected, re- link devices.
No data is displayed in the app?
Pull down to refresh the main page, the data will be syn¢ed and displayed in
the App. Automatic data sync will only be done when connecting for the first
time. Subsequently, the data will be automatically synchronized every hour.
Also, turn on hourly measurement. The app reads the hourly data (steps, heart
rate) from the smart bracelet. There will be no data if houñy measurement is
disabled.
After updating, no data is displayed.
Go to app settings – restore factory settings – turn off smart bracelet – turn
on smart bracelet and reconnect to app. The data can be loaded into the
application.
The time out of sync.
Go to Settings – Application Management – enable access to the application –
connect the smart bracelet and the application again – Pull down to update the
application.
