Operation

Place the E.FLEX 30SE under direct sunlight.
Steer clear of trees or branches that can shade the E.FLEX 30SE and slow down the charging process. Connect devices to the E.FLEX 30SE ’s USB Ports using the included USB A to USB C Cable.

NOTE

The output of E.FLEX 30SE highly depends of solar intensity. For optimal charging performance, please make sure that the E.FLEX 30SE receives enough sunlight.
Please ensure secure connections between the USB Ports of E.FLEX 30SE and the devices.

Warranty

RENOGY products are covered by a 18-month limited warranty from the original purchase data. If any problems occur, please contact us for assistance.
We only provide after-salas services for products that are sold by RENOGY or ratailers and distributors authorized by RENOGY. If you have purchased your unit from other channels, please contact your seller for more information about return and warranty.
