1. Default Wi-Fi Name (SSIDs):
   2.4G: GNCC-XXXX (The “XXXX” refers last 4 digits of MAC)
   5G: GNCC-5G-XXXX (The “XXXX” refers last 4 digits of MAC)

2. LED Indicators:
   Indicators| Status| Description
   ---|---|---
   System Indicator| ON| The router is connected to the Internet or is starting.
   Blinking Slowly| The router is connecting to the intemet or is reset.
   Blinking Quickly| The WPS/Mesh function is on and waiting for pairing.
   Blinking Quickly| The Internet is disconnected.
   OFF| The router is not connecting to the power.
   WAN/ LAN1-4 Indicator| ON| The router is starting.
   OFF| The port is disconnected.
   Blinking Quickly| The port is transmitting data.

3. Ports/Button:

powered on, press and hold this button for 5-8 seconds until the system indicator blinks quickly,the router will be reseted to facory default.
Activate WPS/Mesh function: when the router is powered on, press and hold this button for 1-3 seconds, the system indicator will blinking quickly for 2 minutes, until WPS/Mesh pairs successful or overtime.

Set up the Router by using GNCC Home APP

1. Download and install GNCC Home APP.
   Search “GNCC Home” From

2. Open GNCC Home APP, Login with your GNCC iD. You should register one first.
3. Power on your router and follow the step-by-step instructions to set up your router.
4. Look through the GNCC Home APP and check out what you can do on it, such as Parental Control, Network Security, Wi-Fi Schedule, Guest Wi-Fi, Connected Devices, Network Map, and more.

Set up the Router by using Web browser

1. On your mobile phone or PC, open a web browser.
   Enter http://gncclink.net or 192.168.8.1 (Default IP address) to Jaunch the router’s web GUI.

2. Login with router’s admin passord (default password is “admin”), follow the step-by-step instruction to set up your router.

Connet your mobile phone to the router

Turn on the Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and connect your router’s wireless network:

GNCC-200M% or GNCC-5G-XXXX.

Note:

1. The “XXXX” refers the last four digits of the MAC address.
2. The default Wi-Fi password is empty (There is no password).
3. You can change your Wi-Fi SSID and set new password for higher security via GNCC Home APP or Web GUI (The Wi-Fi Password contains 8-63 characters or digits, including some special characters(~!@#$%*&”0_+9:<>?,./[]). The SSID contains 1-32 characters,digits or some special characters.)

FAQs

1. Unable to log in the router’s web page on Phone?
   Please check if your Phone has connected to the Wi-Fi of the router, whether it can connect to the Internet or not. And please make sure you have entered the correct default url http://gneclink.netor IP address. (The default IP address is 192.162.8.1,  you might have changed it.).

2. If | forget the router’s login password?
   If you have registered the router to your GNCC Home APP account, you may log in in this APP to find back the router’s login password. And also you may reset the router to factory default settings. Keep the router powered on, then press and hold the RSTAWPS button for 5-8 seconds until system indicator becomes blinking quickly, then the router will reset to default, the password would be resumed to admin.

3. How to do if | forget the password of the Wi-Fi?
   If you have registered the router to your GNCC Home APP account, you may log in in this APP to find back the password of Wi-Fi.
   And also you may find it back by using PC WEB Browser. Connect any LAN port of the router to the computer with RJ45 cable and then open any web browser to login the web management page to check the Wi-Fi password in the Basic- Wireless-Wireless Settings. (First please ensure that your computer has been set to “Obtain IP address automatically”).

4. How to open the function of Smart Integrated SSID to use the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi with a same SSID?
   Login the GNCC Home APP and turn on Smart Integrated SSID on Wi-Fi settings Page, or log in the router’ s web page on Phone or PC to turn on Smart Integrated SSID on Wireless settings Page, and then wait for about 1 minute until the new setting take effect. The Wi-Fi will disconnect temporary and you should reconnect to it later.
