How to Set Up
- Search “osaio” on Google Play or App Store to download the App.
- Plug in your camera and wait until the indicator turns red flashing.
- Connect your phone to 2.4G Wi-Fi and log in osaio App and click “+” to add your camera.
- Follow the instruction on the App to finish the steps of connection.
LED Indicator
- Flashing red light: The device is ready to connect
- Flashing between green and red: Wi-Fi account or password is wrong, please reconnect
- Flashing green light: Connection is in progress
- Solid green light: The device is working properly
QUESTION & ANSWER
Q: I can’t get the camera connected?
A: Here are some tips about connection below.
- Make sure the wifi is 2.4G please.
- Make the camera 1-3m to the router.
- Make sure the protective film of the lens is removed.
- Try to use another phone to connect with it please. It will be much appreciate it you can contact us via ic.support@gncchome.com and we will try our best to help you.
Q: What if the camera can’t record video to micro SD card inserted?
A: Please format the SD card to FAT32 firstly on computer or do that in
the App. Secondly, please make sure your time zone setting in the app is
correct and recording time be set to whole day. Then please try to delete and
reinstall the app, allow the various permissions requested and set the right
region. It will be much appreciate if you can contact us via
ic.support@gncchome.com and we will try our
best to help you.
