Setup the camera

  1. Charge the camera
  • Connect the camera to the USB port. LED lights up to red.
  • Cam will automatically turn on when charging so no need to press the button on Cam. Charge till the LED blue.
  1. Download the App
  • Download the App-“Osaio “on Google Play or App store and register an account.
  • Setup Hub
  • Connect the hub directly to a port on your router. Then connect to power. Sign in the App, tap “+” to add a new device, and select “W1”.

LED Guide

Camera

  1. Button:
    • Reset camera–Press the button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes red slowly and release
    • Turn on–Press the button for 2 seconds until the LED lights up red and release
    • Turn off–Press the button for 2 seconds until the LED lights up red and release
  2. LED guide:
    • Flash red–waiting for hub sync
    • A green light flashes slowly and successfully paired with the hub
    • Green–connect to the hub successfully Red and green lights flash alternately and quickly–sync with the hub failed/sync with the hub time-out
    • When the camera is charging, the LED lights up red;
    • When the camera is fully charged, the LED lights up blue.

  • Do not use the Device in the environment at too high or too low temperature, never expose the Device to strong sunshine or a too wet environment.
  • The suitable temperature for -10°C ~ +50°C and accessories is 0°C-40°C
  • When charging, please place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation.
  • It is recommended to charge the device in an environment with a temperature that ranges from 5°C ~ 25°C
