Warm tips
- Make sure the playback software on your computer must support the Blu-ray format. Download the “Cyberlink BD&3D Advisor (Image 5-1)”, start to perform testing, it will tell you a result if your computer support playing Blu-ray or 3D.
- Player software is NOT included.
- This external Blu-ray DVD Burner needs to download the Blu-ray player/Burner software itself before it can read and burn Blu-ray DVD. Recommendations are as follows: Macgo blu-ray Player for MAC OS (Image 5-2), and PowerDVD for Windows (Image 5-3) . (Leawo is free one for all system (Image 5-4).)
- Please hook up the device to the direct USB port on your computer. For desktop computers, to the drive work properly, please make sure connect the device to the USB port on the motherboard. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cable, you may not be able to recognize the drive or read the BD, CD/DVD.
- This Blu-ray drive can be used in laptops/ desktops/ Mac Book. Compat-ible with Windows XP/7/8/10, Mac OS. Support 3D Player. Not for Chrome book, TVs, Tablets, Projector, Dash cam, Ps4, Smartphone, iPad, iPod.
- Please make sure that your computer is in enough power, for desktop, please plug usb cable directly to the USB interface of the motherboard behind. For laptop, please make sure laptop is in enough power and we suggest to plug our another power cable during use, you can use your smart phone adaptor (5V/lA or 5V/2A) to offer power supply, you can also plug the power cable into yourb computer’s USB interface. If you still can’t see the blu-ray drive, please re-start your computer.
- SD card and TF card can’t work at the same time, only choose one each time. Each of them can work well with the 2 USB3.0 ports at the same time.
- SD and TF card does not include in the package.
- The Blu-ray DVD Drive does not play 4K Ultra HD Discs.
