Operation Guide

NOTE: Make sure that you choose the elect correct signal input mode.
The Monitor default HDMI mode.

HDMI Mode-remote control operation steps:

• Click ‘VIDEO SELECT’ to enter and use this button to select the signal input mode, click ‘MODE SELECT’ to confirm the mode, wait for 3-5 seconds, the page will be displayed.
• Click ‘MENU’ to enter the screen adjustment.
• Click the ‘Left / Right button to select the page to be adjusted, including brightness, clarity, language … , ‘MENU’ button confirm to enter the menu, press the ‘Left / Right button to enter the subpage, move the indicator to the corresponding selection box, click ‘VIDEO SELECT’ to confirm and exit.

For example, if you use a USB flash drive, you need to switch to USB input mode.

USB Mode-remote control operation steps:

•  Click ‘AV1/AV2’ to enter and use this button to select the USB input mode, ‘ + / – ‘ button to confirm the mode; wait for 3-5 seconds, the page will be displayed.
• ‘ + / -‘ button to select the content you want to play: Pictures, Music or Video (Text files cannot be read).
• Long press ‘AV1/V2’ for two seconds to confirm and enter the page, this key can be used as a play and pause button; if you want to exit the play page, move the indicator to Stop, and long-press ‘AV1/V2’ for two seconds to exit; (if you press too long, it may replay audio and video)
• If you want to exit to the home page, you need to move the indicator box to Return with ‘+/-‘ button and long-press ‘AV1/V2’ button for two seconds.

USB Mode-monitor panel operation steps:

• Click ‘VIDEO SELECT’ to enter and use this button to select the USB input mode, click ‘MODE SELECT’ to confirm the mode, wait for 3-5 seconds, the page will be displayed • ‘Left / Right’ button to select the content you want to play: Pictures, Music or Video (Text files cannot be read).
• Click ‘MODE SELECT’ to confirm and enter, ‘Left / Right’ buttons to select the content to be played; ‘MODE SELECT’ button can be used as play and pause button.
• Exit the play page: a. In the case of playing, click the ‘VIDEO SELECT button to exit; b. In the case of pause, move the indicator to Stop, click ‘MODE SELECT to exit.
• To exit to the menu page, you need to press the ‘Left / Right’ button to move the indicator to the Return box, click ‘MODE SELECT’ to confirm and exit.

Troubleshooting

•Check if the connection between the video input device and monitor is OK.
•Make sure that you choose to elect the correct signal input mode. It should match the signal connection type. For example, if you use an HDMI cable to link video input device and monitor, then select ‘HMI as input signal mode. Remember to press + / -button to confirm.
•If still no signal and image, please replace cables,
a video input device, or another monitor to check
Remote does not work with display| Please remove the battery saver in the remote control, or try with the buttons on the monitor.
Hazy Screen /
Scratched Screen| There is a protective film on the monitor, the image looks a bit hazy, you could peel it off if you like.
Stop working after
a period of time| Please email us for help or replacement.

Menu Description

Picture Mode
Settings about Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, and Clarity. Press the Menu button to switch, + /- button to adjust & confirm.
Other Option
With this main menu, user can make settings regards OSD (Menu Language), Color, Aspect Ratio (4:3/16:9/Auto/Panorama/Zoom1/Zoom2)

Installation and connection

Steps to install:

• Connect video input device and the monitor via BNC/VGA/HDMI/AV cable.
• Get the monitor powered. The power indicator will light up if the monitor is powered.
• Use the button to select the correct input signal mode according to your connection, and then press the +/- button to confirm. For example, if you use a VGA cable to connect the PC and the monitor, then you should choose the ‘VGA’ as input signal mode. Otherwise, it shows no signal.
