manual is designed to familiarize you with all the features of this device.
Please take the
time to read this user manual carefully, even if you are already familiar with
a similar product.

Operation
First Use
Take out both earbuds and remove the protector from charging pogo pins, then place them back into the case to activate. Charge both earbuds fully before first use (for details, please refer to 5.2 Charging)
If the earbuds have not been charged, then please charge the charging case. The earbuds will automatically pair with each other and enter connection mode after powering on. The left earbud will flash blue and red when in pairing mode.
Charging
Please fully charge the EPG500 before first use or if left unused for a long period of time.
To charge earbuds, put earbuds into the charging case. While charging, two status LED lights are blue and turn off once fully charged. To charge the charging case, plug the Type-C charging cable into the battery case port. The battery indicator will display current charging progress.
Switch On/ Off
Both earbuds will turn on automatically when the charging case is opened or when the Multi-function Button has been pressed for 3seconds. Both LED lights to turn on pink for 1 second, then slow flash once per 1 second.
Both earbuds will turn off automatically when placed back into the charging case and the charging case is closed or when the Multi-function Button has been pressed for 5 seconds. Both LEDs will turn on blue and then off.
Bluetooth Connections
The EPG500 will enter reconnection mode when powered on. When connected to a previously paired device, the EPG500 will automatically reconnect. For the first connection, please refer to ‘5.1 First use’. To pair to a new device, insert earbuds back into the charging case, then disconnect the EPG500 from your old device. Both status LEDs will flash slowly.
– Twin earbuds pairing
Open the cover of the charging case or take both earbuds out of the charging
case. The earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbuds will
enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically. Both LEDs will flash slowly.
-Single earbud pairing
When using a single earbud, take one earbud out of the charging case and close
the case, Press the Multifunction button for 3 seconds to turn on an earbud.
The status LED will flash pink. Then, the earbud will automatically enter into
pairing mode, the LED will flash slowly. Look for the Bluetooth name ‘EPG500’
on your device. Select it and
complete pairing with a single earbud.

Warranty
This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event of any defect arising due to faulty materials or workmanship, the unit will be either replaced or repaired free of charge (where possible) during this period. An alternative product will be offered in case the product is no longer available or repairable.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty is only valid within the country where the product is purchased.
- The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions given in this user manual.
- The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.
- The warranty only covers the main unit and does not cover the
