Important Safety Instruction

  • Please read through all the labels on the battery and this user guide before the first use.
  • Keep the battery away from rain, splashes and any wet locations.
  • DO NOT string batteries in series.
  • DO NOT short circuit the battery.
  • DO NOT reverse polarity connection
  • DO NOT expose the battery to fire, heat sources, or direct sunlight.
  • DO NOT open, dismantle, or modify the battery.
  • DO NOT drop, crush, shake, strike, or penetrate the battery.
  • Please use the specified charger to charge batteries.

Tips for Better Performance

1. Please make sure the batteries to be connected meet the following criteria:

  • Batteries have the same capacity (Ah).
  • As the built-in battery management system may vary with brands, we advise you to choose batteries from the same brand for connection.

2. For optimal performance of batteries, we kindly advise you to take the steps below.

Step 1. Fully charge the batteries that are to be connected separately.

Step 2. Connect your batteries one by one in parallel. Please secure all cable connections between the cable lugs and the terminals.

3. To determine the cable size for your system, there are a few factors for consideration.

  • The size of electrical load you want to power using your batteries.
  • The distance between the electrical load and your batteries.

4. To store your battery, please bring the battery to a 30%-50% state of charge. We also advise you to charge your battery every 6 months to prevent overdischarge.

  • Dr. Prepare LiFePO4 batteries are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. If any problems occur, please contact our support team.
  • We only provide after-sales services for products that are sold by Dr.Pre-pare or retailers and distributors authorized by Dr.Prepare. If you have purchased your unit from other channels, please contact your seller for more information about return and warranty.
