Troubleshooting
Reduction in suction power:
See the instructions in the chapter on 9. Cleaning.
- Is the fluted filter (22) dirty? – clean.
- Fleece filter bag (21) full? – replace.
- Container (1) full? – empty.
- Nozzle, tubes or hose blocked?- clean.
- Is the battery pack (13) weak? – Charge/replace battery pack (13)
Device will not start:
- Is the battery pack (13) empty? – Charge/replace battery pack (13).
- Water level detection active – empty container (1), set toggle switch (6) to “0” and restart the vacuum at level “I” or “II”.
Particles are discharged at the outlet:
- Is the fluted filter defective? – Check the fluted filter and replace if required (see chapter 10.2).
The machine has shut down by itself:
Causes and remedies:
- Battery pack almost flat: (the electronics prevent the battery pack form discharging totally and avoid damage). If the capacity indicator (11) flashes after pressing the battery button to display the battery capacity, then the battery pack is almost empty and must be recharged.
- Battery pack is not inserted properly: Check and correct.
- Long continuous overloading of the machine will activate the temperature cut-out. Leave the machine or battery pack to cool. Note: if the battery pack feels very warm, the pack will cool more quickly in an “AIR COOLED” charger.
- Water level detection active – empty container (1), set toggle switch (6) to “0” and restart the vacuum at level “I” or “II”.
