Equipment size

Workshop door size: The minimum opening size of the workshop door must be greater than 850mm, otherwise the equipment cannot enter.

The Table for installing equipment

Table size requirements: length 870mm, width 780mm, height 700mm; length and width should not be less than the above dimensions.
Table load-bearing requirements: The table should be able to bear more than 300KG.
Table flatness requirements: After the table is placed on the ground, the upper surface of the table must be flat and must not be shaken.

Power Supply requirements

Voltage requirements: AC220V 50HZ.
Power requirements: the power of the power socket should be greater than 2KW.
There should be a power socket within 1 meter of the rear end of the device, and ensure that the grounding is good.

Air pressure requirements

Flow requirements: The gas flow connected to the gas pipe of the cutting machine must be greater than 95L/min and be continuously stable.
Pressure requirements: The air pressure connected to the air pipe of the milling machine should be kept above 0.6 MPa and kept stable.
The compressed gas used by the machine should be dried, otherwise the spindle will be burned.
The total air source of the milling machine is connected to the external air pressure with an air pipe with a diameter of 8mm.

Networking requirements

Customers accessing the external network need to confirm in advance whether the network is a dynamic address or a static address; if it is a static network, it is necessary to contact the network administrator in advance to confirm the gateway information.
Ensure that the internet cable acesses to all IPs and works once connected to computers.
Users without network requirements can skip the above 1.2.
