Product Usage Instructions

Connecting the Charger

Using the supplied USB charger cable, plug the type-C connector into the Nest wireless charger and then plug the standard USB connector into an AC power adapter.

Powering On

When the power is turned on, the LED indicator will switch from red to blue, indicating that the wireless charger is ready for use.

Placing Your Device

Place your Qi compatible device on the Nest charging tray. When the device is detected and correctly placed, the indicator will turn on simultaneously, and charging will commence.

Removing Your Device

Once charging is complete, please remove your device from the charging tray. Ensure that the device is positioned within 5mm deviation from the center of the transmitting coil for optimal charging efficiency.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the LED indicator does not turn on when I place my device on the charger?

A: Make sure your device is Qi-compatible and properly aligned on the charging tray. Try repositioning the device and ensure it is within the charging distance specified in the user manual.

Q: Can I use a different USB cable with the wireless charger?

A: It is recommended to use the supplied USB charger cable to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with the Nest wireless charger.

Guideline

  1. Using the supplied USB charger cable, plug the type-C connector into the Nest wireless charger and then plug the standard USB connector into an AC power adapter;
  2. When the power is turned on ,the LED indicator will switch from red to show blue that the wireless charger is ready for use;
  3. Place your Qi compatible device on the Nest charging tray. When the device is detected and correctly placed, the indicator will turn on at the same time and start charging the device;
  4. When charging is complete , please remove your device;

Notes

  1. Use only certified AC Power adapters ;
  2. For fast charging experience, please use QC3.0 fast charger adaptor or PD charger adaptor ;
  3. Make sure align the device to the Nest charging tray properly – receiving coil is vertical alignment to the transmitting coil , assure less than 5mm deviation from center to center for best charging efficiency.
