Safety instructions
General safety
Electrocution hazard
- If this device’s power cable is damaged, the power cable must be replaced by the manufac-turer, a service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent safety hazards.
- This device may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Improper repairs can lead to consid-erable hazards. Avoid the power cord, plug or other electrical parts to get in contact with water or any other liquid.
Health hazard
- This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the device.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Operating the device safely
- Do not operate the device if it is visibly dam-aged.
- Do not operate the device if any of the compo-nents have been subjected to moisture.
- Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not modify or adapt any of the components in any way.
Fire hazard
- When positioning the device, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.
- Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the device.
Health hazard
If the flexible wiring connected to this light is within arms reach fix it to
the wall to reduce the risk of strangulation.

Intended use
The lighting system is suitable for:
- Interior illumination within tents or awning tents
- Indoor use only
- The lighting system is not suitable for:
- Outdoor use
This product is only suitable for the intended pur-pose and application in accordance with these instructions. This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operat-ing or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory per-formance and a possible failure. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage to the product resulting from:
- Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage
- Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare parts provided by the manufacturer
- Alterations to the product without express per-mission from the manufacturer
- Use for purposes other than those described in this manual

Technical description
The lighting system is designed for operation with AC power or DC power. Up to three LED lights can be linked together using one power adapter. The light source of this light is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life the whole light shall be replaced.

- Remove the plastic tab from the remote con-trol‘s battery.
- Pair the remote control to the remote receiver

- To dim the light continuously, proceed as shown
- To dim the light in percentage steps, proceed as shown .
Changing the battery of the remote control
Replace the battery with a battery of the same type (3 V CR2025,
Storing the device
Store the device in a clean, dry and dust-free space.
Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING! Electrocution hazard Unplug the lighting system from the power supply before cleaning and main-tenance.
NOTICE!
- Never clean the lighting system under running water or in dish water.
- Do not use sharp or hard objects, abra-sive cleaning agents or bleach during cleaning as these can damage the lighting system.
Occasionally clean the lighting system with a soft, damp cloth.
Troubleshooting
- Fault/Possible cause/Solution
- The remote control does not work./The plastic tab that isolates the battery has not been removed before first use./Remove the plastic tab.
- The battery of the remote control is empty./ Replace the battery with a battery of thesame type (see chapter “Changing the bat-tery of the remote control”
- The remote receiver is placed within a metal enclosure or another closed-off loca-tion and therefore the RF wireless signal is compromised./Place the remote receiver away from any metal enclosure or closed-off locations.
- The remote control is not paired to the remote receiver correctly./Pair the remote control to the remote receiver (see chapter “Before first use” on page 9).
Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please
contact the manufacturer’s branch in your country (see kampaoutdoors.com
/store-locator) or your retailer. For repair and warranty processing, please
include the following documents when you send in the device:
- A copy of the receipt with purchase date
- A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Disposal
Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins, wherever possible. Consult a local recycling center or special- ist dealer for details about how to dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations.
