General safety

Explosion hazard
- This device may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Inadequate repairs may cause serious hazards.
- Do not modify the device.
- Do not remove or replace any components of this device.
- The gas hose has to be changed if required by the national regulations.
Fire Hazard
- Do not leave this device unattended when hot or in use.
- Keep a fire extinguisher or other means suitable to extinguish a flame ready. Health hazard
- This device must be installed in accordance with any national regulations in force in the country of use.
- Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Operating the device safely
DANGER! Failure to obey these instructions will cause death or serious injury.
Hazard of carbon monoxide poisoning
- Never use this device indoors. The process of burning liquid gas produces carbon monoxide which accumulates inside enclosed areas.
Beware of suffocation
- Operating this device in an ventilated area will reduce the amount of oxygen in this area.
- Do not operate this device in ventilated areas such as enclosed premises, tents, awning tents, motor vehicles, motor homes, caravans or inside ships, yachts, boats and truck cabs.
- Use outdoors only.
- Do not use the device as a space heater.
WARNING! Failure to obey these warnings could result in death or serious injury.
Explosion hazard
- This device shall only be used in an above ground open air situation with natural ventilation, without stagnant areas, where gas leakage and products of combustion are rapidly dispersed by wind and natural convection.
- Do not use this device if it is leaking, damaged or does not operate properly.
- Do not place chemicals, flammable materials or spray aerosols near this device.
- Never use a naked flame to check for gas leaks.
- If you smell gas:
- Do not attempt to light this device.
- Extinguish any naked flames.
- Turn off the gas supply.
- Disconnect the device from the gas supply.
- Have the gas system checked by a specialist.
- Only attach or detach the gas cylinder outdoors away from a naked flame, pilot light or other source of ignition and only when this device is cool to touch.
- Check that the seal between this device and the gas cylinder is in place and in good condition before using the gas cylinder.
- Do not use this device if the seal is damaged or worn.
Fire Hazard
- This device must be kept away from flammable materials during use.
- Do not operate this device within 100 cm of any combustible material including walls and ceiling.
- Do not place any objects other than cooking pots and pans on or against this device.
- Never place this device near flammable materials (paper, dry leaves, textiles).
- Keep flammable objects away from the burner.
- In case of fire shut off the gas supply.
Burn hazard
- Accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away.
- Turn off the gas supply at the gas container after use.

- Do not move the device during use.
- Use protective gloves when handling hot components.
- Leave this device to cool down properly before you touch it with bare hands.
- The use of alcohol or prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair your ability to properly assemble or safely operate this device.

- Only operate this device when an adult can attend to it.
Safety precautions when handling liquid gas
WARNING! Failure to obey these warnings could result in death or serious injury.
Explosion hazard
- After use always disconnect the liquid gas cylinder.
- Store liquid gas cylinders away from heating or cooking devices and other light or heat sources in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children.
- Never store liquid gas cylinders in ventilated areas or below ground level (funnel-shaped holes in the ground).
- Never store liquid gas cylinders in buildings such as garages.
- Any indoor storage must comply with national regulations.
- Do not store liquid gas cylinders on their side.
- Keep liquid gas cylinders away from direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 50 °C.
Intended use
This device is a combination of a table cooker and a freestanding grill.
The device is suitable for:
- Cooking and grilling food
- Outdoor use
The device is not suitable for:
- Use as a heating device
- Operation in enclosed spaces like buildings, tents or awning tents
- Operation in caravans, mobile homes or boats
This product is only suitable for the intended purpose and application in accordance with these instructions.
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operating or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possible failure.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage to the product resulting from:
- Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage.
- Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare parts provided by the manufacturer.
- Alterations to the product without express permission from the manufacturer.
- Use for purposes other than those described in this manual.

Technical description
The device is a double gas hob and grill. The device has three burners. The
device has two gas hobs and one gas grill.
The temperature can be adjusted using the control knob of each burner.

Using the device
Always use gas accessories complying with the national regulations in your country (e.g. EN 417, EN 484 and EN 498):
- butane or propane gas container (not supplied)
- gas regulator (28 – 30 mbar for butane, 37 mbar for propane) (not supplied)
- gas hose (maximum length 1.5 m) (not supplied)
Placing the device
When selecting the location for setting up this device, observe the following instructions:
- Position the device outdoors.
- The place must be well-ventilated. Do not place it in a dip to prevent any gases from accumulating there.
- Keep the device protected from the wind and direct drafts.
- The ground must be firm, level and stable.
- Never place the device near or on flammable materials, even when cooling down. Keep a distance of at least 100 cm to flammable materials.
- The device must stand on a base that can withstand heat of up to at least 80 °C. The housing can become very hot when in use.
- Observe the safety instructions, see chapter “Safety precautions when handling liquid gas.
Before each use
- Check the air inlets of each burner and clean them, if necessary (see chapter “Cleaning and maintenance.
Connecting the device to a gas container
WARNING! Explosion hazard
- Only change gas containers outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from naked flames, any other source of ignition and other people.
- Do not try to detect gas leaks using a flame or a pilot light.
- Place the gas container in an upright position.
- Place the device on a stable horizontal surface, for example on a table.
- If the device is already fitted to an empty gas container, remove the empty gas container (see chapter “Disconnecting the device from the gas container).
- Proceed as shown ( fig.2 fig.4 ).
- If there is a smell of gas or you suspect a leak:
- Coat the connection, using soapy water.
- If bubbles appear, do not continue to use the device. Remove the device from the gas container and contact an authorized service agent

WARNING!
Explosion hazard/Fire hazard
- If one of the burners does not light within 5 seconds, close the burner control knob immediately. Wait at least 5 minutes until gas fumes dissipate before attempting to light the burner again.
- Do not leave the device unattended while in use.
- Keep the device away from any other sources of heat and flammable materials.
NOTE
- The manufacturer suggests to ignite one of the hob burners first.
- Before igniting the other burners, reduce the flame of the first lit burner.

Cooking and grilling food
CAUTION! Burn hazard
Do not touch the hot parts of the device during and after use. Leave the
device to cool down properly.
NOTICE!
Only use the grill pan for grilling food.
Switching

Only use cookware as shown (fig.8).

- Turn all control knobs to “OFF” position.
- Turn off the gas supply at the gas container after use.
Disconnecting the device from the gas container
WARNING! Explosion hazard
Only change gas containers outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from naked
flames, any other source of ignition and other people.
- Check that the device is fully extinguished, the gas regulator is in the “OFF” position and all surfaces are cool.
- Proceed as shown ( fig.9 fig.10 ).

After each use
WARNING! Explosion hazard
Always disconnect the device from the gas container after each use (see
chapter “Disconnecting the device from the gas container).
- Switch the device off (see chapter “Switching off).
- Disconnect the device from the gas container (see chapter “Disconnecting the device from the gas container).
- Ensure that the device is fully cooled down before leaving the device unattended.
- Clean the grill pan (see chapter “Cleaning and maintenance).
Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING!
Fire hazard/Burn hazard
- Do not allow any build-up of grease or fat on the surfaces.
- Ensure that the device is fully cooled down before cleaning.
NOTICE!
- Never clean the device under running water or in dish water.
- Do not use sharp or hard objects, abrasive cleaning agents or bleach during cleaning as these can damage the device.
Cleaning the hobs
- Clean the hobs with a soft, damp cloth. Cleaning the grill pan
- After each use, remove food residues with a paper towel or a damp cloth.
- Clean the grill pan with a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
Cleaning the burners
- Periodically check the burners to see if the air inlets and the injectors are free of dirt like insects or food remains. Use a soft bristle brush to clean the burners.
- Clean the injectors once a year.
- If the injectors are blocked, clean them with a thin pin, e.g. an open paper clip.
- Contact an authorized repair center, if the injector remains blocked.
Storing the device
WARNING! Explosion hazard
Never store gas containers in ventilated areas such as enclosed premises,
tents, awning tents, motor vehicles, motor homes, caravans or inside ships,
yachts, boats and truck cabs.
- Switch off the device.
- Let the device cool down completely.
- Disconnect the device from the gas container (see chapter “Disconnecting the device from the gas container).
- Clean the device (see chapter “Cleaning and maintenance).
- Close the lid.
Troubleshooting

The electrode of the ignition button is bent or rusty.| Clean the injector
(see chapter “Cleaning the burners”).
The gas container is empty.| Replace the gas container (see chapter
“Connecting the device to a gas container”).
The burner provides no gas with the burner control knob in “MAX” position.|
The control knob of the desired burner is defect.| This can only be repaired
by an authorized repair center.
The air inlet of the burner is blocked.| Clean the air inlet (see chapter
“Cleaning the burners”).
The injector is blocked.| Clean the injector (see chapter “Cleaning the
burners”).
The gas container is not connected properly.| Connect the gas container
properly (see chapter “Connecting the device to a gas container).
The flame is low| The control knob of the desired burner is not in “MAX”
position.| Turn the control knob of the desired burner to “MAX” position
(see fig.7 ).
The control knob of the desired burner is defect.| This can only be repaired
by an authorized repair center.
The air inlet of the burner is blocked.| Clean the air inlet (see chapter
“Cleaning the burners).
The injector is blocked.| Clean the injector (see chapter “Cleaning the
burners).
The gas container is empty| Replace the gas container (see chapter “Connecting
the device to a gas container).
The flame extinguishes.| The gas container is empty.| Replace the gas
container (see chapter “Connecting the device to a gas container).
The injector is blocked| Clean the injector (see chapter “Cleaning the
burners).
There is a smell of gas with all burner control knobs in “OFF” position.| The
gas container is not connected properly.| Connect the gas container properly
(see chapter “Connecting the device to a gas container).
The control knob of the desired burner is defect.| This can only be repaired
by an authorized repair center.
Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer’s branch in your country (see kampaoutdoors.com /store-locator) or your retailer.
For repair and warranty processing, please include the following documents when you send in the device:
- A copy of the receipt with purchase date
- A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Disposal
- Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins, wherever possible.
Consult a local recycling center or specialist dealer for details about how to dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations.
