Before Use
Please set the Power Switch to ON
Charging the Battery Pack
Charging with an AC adapter
- Connect the input of the battery pack with the output of the AC adapter
- Plug the AC adapter to a power source
Charge with the car cigarette lighter
- Connect the input of battery pack with the car cigarette lighter.
- Plug the cigarette lighter into the cigarette lighter port.
Battery Level Indicator
You can press the Flashlight Button to check your battery level.
If the LCD does not light up when the Flashlight Button is pressed, it means
the battery is depleted. Please charge the battery pack.
Jump-Starting Cars
The battery pack can be used to jump start gasoline and diesel powered engines with a 12V battery.
Gasoline-powered engine capacity cannot exceed 5000 cc and diesel-powered
engine capacity cannot exceed 3000 cc.
Check the battery level on the LCD indicator and make sure at least 60% power
still remains.
When battery level is low, please charge the battery pack before using.

Please connect the red jump cable with the Positive terminal of the car battery.

Please connect the black jump cable with the negative terminal of the car battery.

Plug the jump cable into the battery pack

Start the car by turning on the ignition.

Disconnect the car battery as soon as the car is jump started and remove the jump cable from the battery pack within 30 seconds.
Remove the black cable from the negative terminal first, and then the red cable from the Positive terminal.
Charging Mobile Devices (Charging smartphones, tablets etc)
WARNING
- We recommend you use your original cables to charge your mobile devices.
- If there is an error when charging your mobile device, stop using the battery pack immediately.
- RAVPower is not responsible for any product failure or damage caused by improper use.
Use any of the two USB charging ports to charge mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Connect the battery pack with your mobile device using the included USB cable.
- Turn the battery pack’s power on to start charging.
When connected with a mobile device, the LCD screen will show “OUT 5V 2.1”, indicating that the USB output is working normally. Power will automatically cut off after 30 seconds if no devices are connected.
LED Flashlight
- Set the Power Switch to ON. Press and hold the Flashlight Button to turn it on.
- When the LED flashlight is turned on, press the button again to cycle through SOS- slow flash, warning- quick flash and OFF mode.
The flashlight provides35 hours of continuous use with a full battery.
Troubleshooting (The causes and solutions for the jump cable failure)
Please connect the jump cable with the car battery correctly (Red is positive and Black is negative). When they are correctly connected, the cable indicator will light up in red. Wait until it turns green to start the car engine.

DO NOT connect the red and black cable. Press and hold the Reset Button for 3 seconds until you see a solid red light.
Red light slowly blinks

Reverse Connection
| Make sure the positive and negative polarities are correctly connected. Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds until you see a solid red light.
Green light fast flashes
| Battery pack voltage is lower than 10.8V or remaining battery less than 20%| Check the remaining battery and recharge the battery pack.
Green light slowly blinks
| Repeated use of the jump cable causing internal temperature to
exceed 90℃ / 194°F
| Wait for approx. 5 minutes until the cable cools off and the temperature
drops below 70℃ / 158°F.
Red and green light flashes alternately

The car battery voltage is higher than that of the battery pack
| At first, make sure your gasoline-powered engine capacity does not exceed 5000 cc and diesel-powered engine capacity does not exceed 3000 cc. Then check the voltage of the battery pack and your car battery and make sure your car battery voltage is not higher than that of the battery pack. And if the battery level is low, please charge the battery pack first.
When all conditions are met and the problem still occurs, press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds and wait until the LED indicator turns red.
Warning
- Please follow the local traffic safety rules and regulations when using this product on the road.
- Do not dismantle this battery pack as it may cause an electric shock or fire hazard.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not touch the product with wet hands.
- Do not scrape the product with sharp objects or contaminate the ports with dust. Regularly clean the ports.
- Stop using right away if a bad odor or abnormal noise is detected.
- Do not leave the product or your vehicle unattended when the product is being used.
- Make sure your engine is turned off and your car is on parking brake before connecting the product.
- Please do not charge and use the product at the same time.
- Please unfold the coiled/tied up cable first before using.
- Keep the black and red cable separated to prevent short circuits.
- For your safety, please wear gloves when using the product to avoid electric shocks.
- Do not use the product to jump start your vehicle when its battery is damaged or over discharged.
- Do not leave the jump cable connected to the car battery when storing.
- In case a leakage occurs or a bad odor is detected, please stay away from the product. Please thoroughly rinse your eyes if the liquid enters your eyes.
Caution
- Do not drop, knock, or smash the product and its accessories.
- Unplug the cables after you are done using the product.
- Keep away from fire and high temperatures. Stop using if the battery pack becomes hot or changes color.
- When jump starting your vehicle, please make sure the jump cable is firmly attached.
- Please do not use this product to repeatedly jump start your car; wait at least 30 seconds before another attempt.
- Stop using the product if you fail to jump start your car for 3 times in a row.
- Do not use the product in place of car battery.
- Make sure the polarities are correct before use. A reverse connection may damage your car or cause the device to explode.
- Please connect the red cable first when connecting and remove the black cable first when disconnecting.
- Do not expose the product to water or other liquids. Do not use in humid areas.
- Please recharge the battery pack at least once every 3 months.
- Dispose of the product according to local laws and regulations

its original purchase. If any problems occur, please contact our support team.
We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by RAVPower
or RAVPower authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your
unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and
warranty issues.
