How to Wear

Before taking the Hearing Amplifiers out of the case, please read the following:

• Each hearing aid can be used for either ear; there’s no L or R.
• Please try putting the earbuds on tightly & properly WITHIN 8 seconds (before you hear 4 beeps) after you’ve taken them out of the case.
• Please avoid touching or blocking the Microphone hole.
• Please make sure that the Mic is facing UPWARDS NOT downwards.
• To avoid “squealing”, please make sure that you pick the pair of earbud tips that fit the tightest; the squealing occurs when there’s air escaping from the space between the gap between the device and your ear canal. Wear them tightly to prevent the air from escaping. Now, you may open the charging case and remove the hearing amplifiers from the case; it will turn on automatically after 8 seconds, and you will hear four beeps.

How to Adjust Volume

The hearing amplifier have 3 volume levels; double-click the touch panel to switch between the three levels:

• Max volume (Default) = three beeps
• Low volume = one beep
• High volume = two beeps
  Note: The hearing amplifier will “remember” the setting on your next use.

How to Charge

Charge the hearing amplifier

To charge the hearing amplifier earbuds, simply put them back into the charging case and close the lid. It takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the earbuds. Each earbud can run up to 15 hours per full charge. Charge the charging case

The charging case needs to be charged as well. You may do so using the USB type-C cable we provided via any DC 5V, 0.5-2Apower source. It takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the case. A fully charged case can fully charge the hearing amplifier earbuds a 4-6 times, providing a total battery time of up to 90 hours.

Troubleshooting – Common Causes and Resolution of the Squealing Noise

A high-pitched screech or squeal from an electronic device is called feedback, and it can happen for a number of reasons. The most effective way to fix the problem is to determine the source of the problem, which might be:

1. Improper Fit: There’s air escaping from the space between the gap between the device and your ear canal. Pick the right sized buds and wear them tightly to prevent the air from escaping.
2. Touching the Mic: If something is touching or blocking the microphone “holes” on each earbud, squealing sound may occur. Please stay clear of the mic.
3. Ear Wax: If ear wax is blocking your ear canal, sound may have nowhere else to go but out the vents and joins of the device, causing squealing feedback.

If you still have the squealing noise, try this:
Put the hearing amplifier back into the charging case, close the lid. The squealing should stop, and you may try again.

How to Clean and Maintain

Your hearing amplifier is a high-precision system. Proper maintenance and operation ensures optimum performance.

• Clean the earwax in your ear canal at least twice a week.
• If the hearing amplifier is damp, do not use a microwave oven, hairdryer, and/or other electric heaters to dry. Put it in a dry and well-ventilated place to dry naturally.
• Wipe the hearing amplifier with a soft dry cloth without using any solvents ordeter-gents.
• Don’t strike or hit the hearing amplifier violently.
• When the hearing amplifier is out of order, do not dismantle it without authoriza-tion.The damage caused by dismantling the hearing amplifier will not be covered by the warranty.
