Product Usage Instructions
Turning On and Pairing the Earbuds
- When the earphone is turned on and not connected, touch the key on the earbuds five consecutive times and hold on during the fifth touch.
- When the power-off sound effect (4 notes of music) plays, the earbuds are turned off.
- Put the earbuds into the charging box and close the cover. Charge for more than 3 seconds.
- Open the cover, and the earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode. Reconnect the accessory to complete the pairing process.
Warranty Policy
The product comes with a one-year free warranty policy. The warranty covers
non-man-made damage caused by internal fractures of cables at the branch,
joint, and plug joint (internal damage only). If the cable skin at the
fracture is damaged, it is not covered by the free warranty. If the earphone
fails due to non-human reasons, it can be provided with a free warranty within
one year.

- When the bilateral housings are interconnected, use one of the housings to perform the above operations, and the earphone will be initialized synchronously.

One-year Free Warranty Policy

Intermittency or noise in playback
Intermittency or noise happens if the mobile phone and the earphones are beyond the normal use distance 20m, open environment, free of obstructions) or there are obstructions. TWS products may experience intermittent playback in very few environments with strong wireless interference.
Unable to connect a paired phone
Usually paired earphones and mobile phones can be automatically connected without pairing again. In case of connection failure, please delete the earphone from the Bluetooth device list of your mobile phone, reset the earphones to pairing mode following the 9th instruction above, and pair again.
Restore Factory Settings /Initialization
Please initialize them If resetting earphones does not help. Please delete the earphone registration information from the connected device first.
