Rock Bluetooth Outdoor Speaker
In the Box
Carefully remove your Bluetooth rock speaker from the box.
Inside the box you will find:
- 2 x Bluetooth rock speaker
- 2 x Micro USB cable
- 2 x Aux cable
- Instruction Manual
Safety Instructions
- Keep the unit away from heat sources.
- Do not use the unit if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
- Do not put objects into any of the openings.
- Do not use this unit for anything other than its intended use.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children.
- This product is not a toy.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean.
- Do not operate around water (e.g. bathroom, swimming pool etc.)
- Do not expose to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire etc.
- Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid for cleaning purposes.

Quick Set-Up
Charging Your Bluetooth Rock Speaker
- Your rock Bluetooth speaker has a built-in rechargeable battery so it can be used anywhere indoors or outdoors. Before using it for the first time please fully charge the battery.
- To charge, pull out the silicone control panel cover on the right-hand side of your Bluetooth rock speaker.
- Connect the USB cable provided to the USB port on your Bluetooth rock speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB port on your computer or to a 5V 1A USB charger. NB: a USB charger is not supplied with this product. When your Bluetooth rock Speaker is charging, the LED indicator will be red.
- When the Bluetooth rock speaker is fully charged the red LED indicator will turn off.
- When charging is complete, remove the USB cable and make sure that the silicon cover is closed.
Note: When the battery is getting low, the low battery warning alert will sound. When you hear this, please re-charge the battery.
Activate the TWS pairing function
- Press and hold the power on/off button on each of the Speakers for 2-3 sec simultaneously to turn them on. You will hear an indication tone and the blue LED will flash rapidly on each Speaker.
- After 10 seconds, both Speakers will pair together and you will hear another tone indicating the pairing function was successful. The LED indicator on the host Speaker will flash blue rapidly and the subordinate Speaker’s LED will be solid blue. Note: If automatic pairing did not take place, press the power (on/off) button on any one Speaker, and the Speakers will automatically pair with each other within 5-10 seconds. Once paired successfully, you will hear an indication tone, and the LED indicator on the host Speaker will flash blue rapidly, while the subordinate Speaker’s LED indicator will stay on solid blue.
- If you want to disconnect the TWS function, short press twice the power on/off button on any one speaker.
- If you want to Activate the TWS pairing function, short press twice the power on/off button on any one speaker.
- At this point, activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device, and search for Bluetooth devices near you. Your mobile device should show one of ‘Sylvania SP247’ instead of two in the list, (This is the host Speaker. The reason you do not see a subordinate Speaker in the list of available devices is that it is already paired with the host Speaker). Choose it to start the TWS pairing function.
- Once paired successfully, an indication tone will be heard and the LED on the host Speaker will stay on.
Note: If both speakers can’t connect to each other, please disconnect with your Bluetooth devices, press and hold the on/off button to power on both speakers, and short press twice the power on/off button on any speaker, now both speakers will pair each other automatically. It will have a tone ‘connected’ coming out after connected successfully. after this please repeat above steps 5 and 6.
Playing Your Music
- When your phone or tablet is paired to the Bluetooth Rock Speaker, use your music app to playback your music.
- To adjust the volume, use the volume controls on your phone or tablet.
Using the Aux-In Connection
- If your music device doesn’t have Bluetooth, you can use the Aux-In connection.
- Pull out the silicone control panel cover on the right-hand side of your Bluetooth rock speaker. When using the Aux-In connection your Bluetooth Rock Speaker will not be waterproof.
- Connect the Aux cable provided to the Bluetooth Rock speaker and connect the other end to your music device.
- Select your music on your music device and select ‘Play’.
Note: When an Aux cable is connected your Bluetooth Rock Speaker will automatically disconnect from your Bluetooth phone or tablet.
Troubleshooting
Problem | What to do |

I can’t pair the
Bluetooth Rock Speaker with my Bluetooth device.| Turn the Bluetooth Rock
Speaker On.
Make sure that the Aux cable is not connected. Make sure that the Indicator
LED is flashing blue quickly.
If it is not flashing blue quickly, it is already paired to another device.
Un-pair that device and try again.
I can’t hear my music.| Turn the Bluetooth Rock Speaker On. Using the volume
controls on your music device, turn the volume up.
I can’t turn my Bluetooth Rock Speaker On| Make sure that the Bluetooth Rock
Speaker is fully charged.
Press the On/Off button for three seconds to turn it On.
My music device keeps on disconnecting from| Make sure that the Bluetooth Rock
Speaker is fully charged.
the Bluetooth Rock Speaker| If the Aux cable is connected, remove it.
Make sure that your music device is not further than 10 meters away from the
speaker.
Do’s and Don’ts
Read the following recommendations before using the speaker. Following these,
you will be able to enjoy the product for many years.
- Don’t use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the speaker.
- Do not expose the speaker to extremely high or low temperatures as this will shorten the life of electronic devices, distorting certain plastic parts.
- Don’t dispose of the speaker in a fire as it will result in an explosion.
- Don’t expose the speaker to contact with sharp objects as this will cause scratches and damage.
- Don’t attempt to disassemble the speaker as it may get damaged if you are not professional.
- Do not expose the speaker to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
- Do not subject the speaker to mechanical shock.
- Do not add any fluids or solids to your speaker.
- Do not use the speaker if it has been damaged in any way.

90-day Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. During
this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or
component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible
for all costs associated with returning the product to us. If the product or
component is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar one of
equal or greater value. Prior to a replacement being sent, the product must be
rendered inoperable or returned to us.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in
conformity with the printed directions., or damage to the product resulting
from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the
original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales
receipt, as proof of purchase, is required to make a warranty claim. This
warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household
