- Place the bath in a space equipped with an air extraction device.
- Before any intervention, remove the power cord from the power socket.

- Power supply: 230V 50/60 Hz
- Power: From 500 W to 1600 W depending on the bath
- Temperature: Adjustable from 0 to 600 ° (except for the PE500)
- Precision of regulation: ± 1%
- Temperature rise: 0 to 600 ° = 40 minutes.
The 2 outer grooves of 3 mm depth allow the cleaning of slag and the leveling of the bath by manual scraping. Slide the squeegee (not supplied) on the 2 grooves from left to right so as to recover the slag in the small tray on the right side of the bath.
This groove also provides overfill protection in case of shock.

INSTALLATION / MOUNTING OF EQUIPMENT
- Put the tin bath on a flat and horizontal surface, to avoid tipping.
- Connect the power cable and check that this socket has single phase alternating current with 230V ground wire; 50/60 Hz.
- Cover the bottom of the crucible with shot to avoid damaging the resistors when heating.
- Fill the bath with tin alloy, or other.
- Position the slag trap on the right side of the bath.
- For safety reasons, the bath temperature will continue to be displayed once the appliance is switched off.
START-UP AND OPERATION
-
Switch on the device.
WARNING: DO NOT HEAT THE BATH WITHOUT ALLOY, AT THE RISK OF DETERIORATING IT -
Set the setpoint (SV: in green) for the desired temperature using the increment or decrement keys. The measured temperature is displayed (PV: in red).
