FTM Technologies HI10VP Machine Safety Enclosure User Manual

To carry out the assembly of the cabin, it is necessary to have:

2 technicians

30 minutes

3 Allen wrench : 2 – 2,5 – 3 mm

Descriptions

The different parts composing the HI10VP and HI10VPH machine enclosure

(a) PET-G panel door
(b) Sides (x2) in PET-G panels (including one with 2 hinges)
(c) Melamine AR panel
(d) Melamine top pannel (support box)

1. Straight satin aluminum profile
2. Quarter-round satin aluminum profile (x 2)
3. Threshold bar (with 2 brackets)
4. Door leaf
5. Studs (x 2)
6. Non-slip studs (x 4)

Assembly in 10 steps

1. Place one side of the enclosure flat on the floor protected by a cardboard box or on a suitable worktop

2. Insert the 2 ¼ rounds profiles in the upper part and tighten screws arranged in the groove. Insert the right profile into the lower part and tighten the screw with the Allen wrench 3 mm
   

3. Slider the AR panel between the 2 profiles.

4. Slide the panel from the top of the machine safety enclosure.
   

5. Slide the PET-G (slide), thighten the 2 screws in the groove and screw of the right profiles.
   

6. Insert the door leaf by sliding into the groove of the profile, screw
   

7. Clip the non-slip studs to the corners of the enclosure.
   

8. Gently place the machine enclosure on the threshold bar. To do this, it may be necessary to remove beforehand the 4 screws arranged on the brackets. Adjust the height of the bar so that he underside reigns with the position of the suds, tighten the 4 screws.

9. Insert the studs into the 2 hinges and slide the door gently. Optionally adjust the height and screw
   

10. Place the extraction machine
