WELCOME.
You just bought a NIXON watch I low about that Welcome to the NIXON side, a side that’s about custom­built product, quality, and durability. We’re stoked you selected one of our watches. The fact that you bought a NIXON means you can probably tell time, but you may not be familiar with all the doo-dads and features of our watches. So if you’re stuck, read through these instructions. Or get your friends to read them and then they can cell you what’s up.

TIME MODES

In any mode press PUSHER B to advance through modes in tha following sequence: TIME. ALARM, CHRONOGRAPH. TIMER, COMPASS. TIME MOOE features:

  •  Hours, minutes and seconds display in 12h or 24h format.
  •  Date, month, and day of week display
  •  Dual time zones, T1 and T2,
  •  100 year automatic calendar from 2005 up to 21 OS
  • temperature display to +/· 1 .deg resolution in C0 or F0 To set the primary time zone (T1 ) on your watch:
  • Press and hold PUSHER B to enter TIME MODE: setting state
  •  Press PUSHER C to increment the value
  •  Press and hold PUSHER C to quickly increment the value
  •  Press PUSHER D to decrement the value
  •  Press and hold PUSHER D to quickly decrement the value
  •  Press PUSHER B to advance through hour, minute, seconds, year, month, date, hour format, date format and temperature units settings
  • Press and hold PUSHER B to confirm and exit sening state

TIME: setting state will only affect the primary time zone. To set the second time zone you must press and hold PUSHER C to toggle between T1 and T2, then press and hold PUSHER 8 to enter the setting state.
In TIME MODE:

  •  Press PUSHER C to preview the alternate time zone (T1 or T2)
  •  Press and hold PUSHER C to toggle between time zone 1 and 2 (T1 or T2)
  •  Press PUSHER D to toggle the hourly chime and keystone/off
  •  Press and hold PUSHER D to display the temperature reading for 30 seconds

FLASHLIGHT MODE

  •  In any mode press PUSHER A to active the Backlight

  •  In any mode press and hold PUSHER A to enter the FLASHLIGHT MODE.
    In FLASHLIGHT MODE:

  •  Press PUSHER C to activate the flashlight

  •  Press PUSHER Oto turn the flashlight on for 3 seconds

  •  Press PUSHER C to turn the flashlight off before the 3-second time-out

  •  Press PUSHER Bat any time to exit to the next mode

  •  Press and hold PUSHER A to exit flashlight mode

ALARM MODE

  •  Press and hold PUSHER B to enter ALARM MODE: SffilNG STATE
  •  Press PUSHER Cto increment the value
  • Press and hold PUSHER C to quickly increment the value
  •  Press and hold PUSHER D to quickly decrement the value
  •  Press PUSHER B to advance through the hour and minute settings
  •  Press and hold PUSHER B to confirm and exit ALARM MODE: SETTING STATE

In ALARM MODE:

  •  Press PUSHER C to turn alarm on/off
  •  Press PUSHER B to proceed to CHRONOGRAPH MOOE

CHRONOGRAPH MODE

CHRONOGRAPH MODE features:

  • 111 00th second upto 24 hours

  •  Split action operation
    To use CHRONOGRAPH MODE:

  •  Press and hold PUSHER D to reset the chronograph

  • Press PUSHER C to start the chronograph and enter RUN STATE

  • Press PUSHER Oto split the chronograph during RUN STATE In CHRONOGRAPH MODE:

  • Press PUSHER 8 to proceed to TIMER MOOE

TIMER MODE

TIMER MODE features:
24 hours of countdown time with accuracy to 1 second To set the TIMER:

  •  Press and hold PUSHER B to enter TIMER: setting state
  •  Press PUSHER C to increment the value
  •  Press and hold PUSHER C to quickly increment the value
  •  Press PUSHER Dtodecrement the value
  •  Press and hold PUSHER Oto quickly decrement the value
  •  Press PUSHER 8 to advance through the hour, minute and second settings
  •  Press and hold PUSHER 8 to confirm and exit TIMER MODE: setting state

In TIMER MODE:

  • Press and hold PUSHER D to reset the TIMER
  •  Press PUSHER C to start/stop the TIMER
  •  Press PUSHER 8 to proceed to COMPASS MODE

COMPASS MODE

COMPASS MODE features:

  •  Display of cardinal direction

  •  Display of bearing to 1 degree of measurement
    To use the compass:

  •  Ensure the compass is cal ibrated. If you have not calibrated

  •  The direction reading will time out after 1 minute of inactivity to save power

  •  Press PUSHER C to toggle COMPASS on/off

  •  Press PUSHER 8 to proceed to TIME MODE

COMPASS CALIBRATION

To calibrate in COMPASS MODE: Orient the watch 😮 that the display i: flat in relation to the horizon, if the watch is not flat in relation to the horizon the directional reading may be compromised:ed. Press and hold PUSHER B to enter CALIBRATE STATE to set the compass offset value. The company offset a value that correspond: to your geographic location. To find your off:et value you may have to reference a magnetic declination map or company declination calculator. If your offset value I EAST, then input the number a: POSmVE if your offset value i: WEST, then input the number a: NEGATIVE Press PUSHER C to increment the value Press and hold PUSHER C to quickly increment the value Press PUSHER D to decrement the value Pre:: and hold PUSHER D to quickly decrement the value Press PUSHER B to submit the comp off:t value. The top display will now read “CALIB” and the main display will blink intermittently. At the: time begin to rotate the watch dock:e and continue rotating in complete circlE  repotedly until top display read: “DONE”. Your compass now calibrated and ready for u:e in Your area. Your company off:et value changes every year and need: to be recalibrated annually, or every time you
significantly change location.
