Nixon Offroad WJ1020-0700 Headlights

REQUIRED TOOLS
Installation Instructions
- Remove the front grille by removing 2 X 8mm screws located in the wheel well that hold the front lower trim panel to the vehicle. Photo 1
- Then remove the 3 X 8mm screws which hold the fender liner to the front fender and gently pull it away from the fender. Photo 2
- Remove the 10mm bolt located behind the lower trim panel. Photo 3
- Push down on the bracket behind the trim piece and carefully remove it from the vehicle and set it aside for later. Repeat for the other side. Photo 4
- Remove the 12 plastic clips on the top plastic cover. Start from one side and work your way across. Photo 5~Photo 6
- Then remove the cover from the vehicle and set it aside for later. Photo 7
- Remove the 8 X 10mm bolts and two plastic clips located at the top of the grille. Photo 8~Photo 9
- Pulling gently toward you remove the top part of the grille and set it aside for later. Photo 10
- Remove the 3 X 10mm bolts at the bottom of each side of the grille. Photo 11~Photo 12
- Then remove the 4 x 10mm bolts attaching the top of the grille to the vehicle. Photo 13
- Lift the two plastic connector arms over the bosses to release the grille. Photo 14
- Remove the grille from the vehicle and set if aside for later. Photo 15~Photo 16
- At the top of the headlight remove the 10mm bolt and plastic clip. Photo 17~Photo 18
- Remove the 10mm bolt located on the side of the headlight. Photo 19
- Now pull the headlight away from the vehicle carefully. Photo 20
- Remove the connector at the bottom of the light and the one at the back corner. Photo 21~Photo 22
- You can now remove the headlight completely from the vehicle. Repeat the process for the other side. Photo 23
- Remove the lower bracket from the factory headlights and install it onto your new ALPHAREX headlights. Photo 24~Photo 26
- Attach the connectors on the new headlight. Photo 27
- Reinstall your factory trim and grille. Photo 28
