Remote Control

PREPARATION

  1. Check the switch off the handle /Skateboarding place.
    a) Make sure the skateboard power switch in the ” off ” state.
    b) Put the switch of “slow/ fast ” model to “slow” model on the handle.
    c) Ensure the remote control was fully charged.

  2. The skateboard should be fully charged before first use.

  3. LED lights as indicator.

Charging + Battery

CHARGING
Mountain Board is an externl charging, 1st, the charger plugs into the board’s charging port.
Charging port is located in the battery compartment side and then the charger plug into the power.
LED light RED means charging, LED light GREEN means battery full charged. Please keep charging in 2 hours in every 1-3 weeks.
Please using our standard charger. Not using any Mobile phone or other chargers.

BATTERY

  1. Please use the matched lithium battery.
  2. Please do not place the place under fire, water or environment of extreme temperature.
  3. Please do not use the impaced or aging battery.
  4. Please do not put the charging batteries in easily ingored place.
  5. Please stop charge when the batteries are under abnormal conditions such as heating.

Wheels

Periodically inspect the wheels for excessive wear. DECK Check for cracks or broken connections. Although broken decks are rare, it is possible for an aggressive rider to run into a curb or objeck and wreck, crack or break a deck. Get in the habit of inspecting your product on a regular basis.

Saftey Warnings

Always wear a helmet when riding. Avoid water, wet surfaces, slippery /uneven surfaces, steep hills, traffic, cracks, tracks, gravel, rocks, or any obstacles that could cause a loss of traction and cause a fall.
Avoid night riding, areas with poor visibility, and small spaces.

WARNING: Do not ride Board in environments, on inclines, or at speeds where you would not be safely in control of an unpowered longboard.
In the event of wireless interference or battery fault, you may need to rely on skating techniques like footbraking or sliding to stop.

WARNING: AVOID WATER!
Your board is not waterproof. Elec- tronics, bearings, and other components can be damaged. Water damage is not covered under the warranty.

WARNING: PINCH POINTS!
Keep fingers, hair, and clothing away from belts, motors , wheels, and all moving parts

WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Do not open or tamper with electronics housings, which also voids the warranty.
Please ride responsibly and respect those around you, both for your safety and to help promote our new sport and mode of transportation.
This board is covered by a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship and material. This does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or riding in water.

If the product proves defective under normal usage within the limitations given, a claim must be filed during the warranty time period. If the product is proved faulty under normal usage, our company will at it’s discretion:

  • Repair the product by means of email support with supplied photos and/or footage to demonstrate the fault or issue from the customer.

  • Repair the product with new or refurbished parts within a reasonable time frame.
    Warranty matters cannot and will not be discussed through telephone discussions as all matters must be written in email to keep a paper trail of all things said.
    The following situations are beyond the warranty inclusions:

  • Damage has been caused by modification or used outside what is specified within the product limitations.

  • The product has been dismantled or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

  • Damage or fault has been caused by other issues.

  • Natural wear and tear does not affect product function, including: scratches, wear and tear on deck, grip tape, bearings, wheels and wheel skins.

  • Total distance travelled is over 1500km.

  • Damage caused by accidents, such as: dropping the skateboard or leaving the skateboard in a wet environment where rust or corrosion has developed on the skateboard. This includes coastal areas where salt spray is abundant.

  • Damage caused by overloading the electric skateboard.

  • Damage caused by water.

  • Damage caused by natural events such as fire, flood, storm or extreme Temperature.
